Rest After Roofing

Peace & Quiet, now we can rest

Boy what a week we had last week. The roof humans were here putting a new roof thing on our house. I tell you what, I’ve never heard such banging in my life. We all hid under the bed, and even Sister Sascha hid under the bed with us…which is something, especially since Sister Zoe was under there too. Every once in a while the roofer humans would take a break and sit in our yard and eat some food. We would each sneak out and take a peek at what was going on. Then they would go back up on the roof and bang around some more. They had all kind of stuff in the yard too, I’m glad I didn’t have to pick up all that mess. But they are gone now and they must have done a good job doing whatever they were doing because Mom & Dad seem pretty happy. We’re happy, they’re gone! Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it! Purrrr! Zip! Later!
