Grant Us Peace

We are honored to be participating in the annual Blog Blast for Peace. This year the motto is Dona Nobis Pacem, which in latin means Grant Us Peace. There is simply too much turmoil in the world and we all need to do our part to be good citizens of the world. We need to make a positive contribution to peace in everything we do. Is it easy? Of course not, or we would already be there. Is it possible? Absolutely!!! So where do we start? Start with yourself. Peace is in each of us, it really is. Some just let it show more often than others, but it is there, even if it is buried deep within you. Make an effort to let it out and then share it with others. Could it be that if we all did this that we could spread peace quickly throughout the world? It could very well happen. The only thing that is certain is that if we never try then it never will happen. Peace really is in each of us…let’s share!

Peace to you and yours. If effuryone partook in a Pay~It~Forward, maybe we all could eventually get along. Mom likes to do things for strangers. She keeps dad's unused coats in her trunk and if she sees a homeless person who looks cold, she gives them a coat. It makes her feel good to do that.
