One of the nice things about the holidays is that Mom and Dad are around a lot. We really enjoy it when they are here with us too because we get all kinds of attention. Okay, I know, we get attention lots, but we really like the extra attention. 
Mom has been home with us pretty much all the time. Not only do we enjoy her company but we get to help her with whatever needs to be done around the house. Today we’re all helping her do the laundry and tomorrow we will help her change the bed. It really doesn’t get any better than that does it? I guess before too long we will have to help take down the tree and the rest of the Christmas decorations. Oh, I bet that Sister Gracie won’t like to see the tree come down. I can hear it now!!! Hey, remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!! Purrrr! Zip! Later!
Hi Brian, I bet you help make the bed just like my Smudge does. It includes pouncing on hands, climbing inside the quilt and then getting lost.

We have daddy home this week too. We like to help with the bed, though mommy tends to get mad at us for some reason.

Yes, it's lovely that your mom and dad are home with you all day during the holidays. I'm sure your mom really appreciate your "help". What would you do without you kitties?
And there's usually new toys that Moms love to try out with kitties too. I know we have had a great time playing with our new feather wand and mousies.
I was fortunate enough to have 3 helpers this morning as I tried to make the bed…Penny, Ownen and Angus :).
