Cheech and Chong are no longer able to laugh. They are in desperate need of a loving new forever home together. Circumstances have just not gone their way lately.
Cheech
Chong
Cheech and Chong were adopted when they were 1 in 2003 from an animal shelter in Iowa. They made a big move with their to Atlanta later that year. They have been a great addition to their family over the years, but recently the family is feeling the pressure of the bad economy. The husband was force to close his business, had employment, but recently lost his job. The family has two young boys as well an simply cannot afford to provide Cheech and Chong with the care they so loving deserve. The family is making the very difficult decision to try and a loving home for Cheech and Chong to continue their lives.
Cheech and Chong MUST BE TOGETHER. They are both declawed and must be indoor only boys.
When the family rescued Cheech and Chong they were in the cage together and actually came from the same home, so they only know and have each other. They really love each other and I really want them to remain together. They play well together and cuddle a lot. The family is hoping for a miracle and really hope someone will accept them into their home and care for them as well the family has over the years.
Here is a little bio on each of them:
Cheech (male)– Cheech (the smaller one) loves attention! He would let you pet him non-stop if you would. He comes when you call him and follows you around like a dog. He loves to play with strings on sticks, look out the window at birds, and sleep in bed with you. He is very mild mannered. If you will pet him, he will be your best friend. He is good with kids, he doesn’t bite or scratch. He loves Chong. He is about 7 ½, never had any major medical issues, front declawed and neutered.
Chong (male) – Chong (the bigger one) is a super sweet cat. He is rather shy though with people he doesn’t know. But once he warms up, he is so loveable. It may take him awhile to come out of his hiding place once in your house, but just be patient with him and it will be worth it. He loves to be petted. He loves to look out the window. He likes to play with toys more by himself. He does like catnip. We gave him the nickname Fatty when we first got them and it stuck. He responds to Fatty more than Chong, but he does know Chong is his name as well. ? He is very gentle, never bites or scratches. He loves Cheech. He is about 7 ½, never had any major medical issues, front declawed and neutered.
Please contact me directly if you can help Cheech and Chong laugh and smile again. Please pass this on to everyone you know.
