A Royal Tabby Tuesday

It was very busy around here last week and one of the high spots was the visit to our town by Britain’s Prince Edward, the Earl of Wessex.  Of course being Royalty I was called upon to be part of a select group of greeters.

Prince Edward was here to give out awards for his father’s youth foundation and attend our Scottish Games and Highland Festival.  If you would like, you can read more about the story here: Prince Edward in South Carolina . His Royal Highness was here through Sunday.  The news story also has a wonderful bio along with information on the numerous charities that he participate in around the world.  Of course I used the opportunity to remind His Royal Highness of the importance of pet adoption.

Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!  Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

Awwww Beautiful Brian!! You are indeed a most lovely royal sight to behold especially next to prince Edward (whom I didn't know was over there! LOL! Oooops, sorry!). Anyway! Well done for telling him about pet adoption! His mum loves little corgis and horses so here's hoping they'll adopt loads more!!

    Take care your HRH Brian!

Thank goodness they gave you a seat on the front row – with all your Princess Sisters it was the least they could have done for you.
I don't know if they have cats at Buckingham Palace I'll have to make enquiries the next time I am asked to tea!!! LOL

I would have thought you would bring the Princesses in your house along with you, Brian, to meet royalty. After all they have something in common.

Prince Edward sure seems like a nice chap. He's the one who never seems to get in any trouble.
