Today I thought I would show you some of the artsy sights around Greenville. There really is a lot going on when it comes to the world of art.
First, in Falls Park there is an outdoor stage where some theatre productions are performed.
Then, on the other side of the falls, there is an entire section that is devoted to artwork. There are all kind of little art gallery shops featuring some very talented local artists.
Here is a view of the art gallery section opposite the falls. It really is a pretty area and there are condos and apartments overlooking the entire area.
Then we have our famous Peace Center for the Performing Arts. While I can’t say that I’ve ever been to a performance there, my Dad and Mom have seen quite a few things there including The Phantom, Wicked, and just last Friday they went to see Harry Connick, Jr. and they said his show was pawsome! Here are a few shots of our Peace Center for Performing Arts.
And finally, we do have a Symphony Orchestra too, and they do an amazing concert on the 4th of July which is choreographed with some amazing fireworks. Sorry, I was more fascinated by the fountain.
I hope y’all enjoyed the tour today. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
I love it when you are tour guide around your town! Well done! Makes me want to visit – and soon!
Brian, you live in such a lovely place. Thanks for the tour!
Awww Brian you really are a fabulous tour guide!! Me and Charlie are most impressed!!!
What a lovely name for a theatre! The Peace Concert Hall sounds fantastic and we hope you get to attend the concert and see the fireworks on the 4 July! Yay!! 🙂
We are also happy that you have a haven for artists in your area. It's a really nice place to visit!
You are such a wonderful tour guide Brian ~ what an enjoyable morning ~ thank you! 🙂
Thanks for the tour. Looks like a great place to live. HH would love all the art galleries. Love the first picture. Took me a while to find you in that little window.
Have a great day.
There seems to be a lot for us to do in your town. I can't wait to visit some of those places with you. In the meantime why don't you teleport over and spend some time in the Butterfly Garden with me while it is still cool out. ~Scylla
Great pictures of Greenville. Thanks so much for the super tour Brian. Bet you had fun traveling around.

Thank you for showing us round Brian – you live in a very smart place.
We thought you weren't in the first picture and finally spotted you in the window!!
Your tours are great…when do we stop for icecream?
Your town is so nice, Brian! And we love having you as a tour guide (we still think the town should hire you!)
Our mom is very impressed with how nice those condos and apartments look. They have been putting some up near the center of our (very small) town too and they aren't very attractive.
Brain you are the best tour guide one could want.
A most excellent tour as always Brian.
Your town has some pretty pawsome sights. Maybe someday we can go see them together – of course I don't know when that would be I'm not allowed to leave our yard right now.
Another lovely tour! It's that they have a space for the local artists.
Brian, I love it where you live. It's very cultural too. FAZ
Brian, I am enjoying the tour of your lovely town.
I love your tours! The town you live in is very beautiful and seems to have lots of wonderful things to see and do. Can't wait for the next tour.

Loved the tour!! Maybe if Muttie gets off her fat arse we'll do one of Glasgow one day. Gosh, you've given her inspiration!
You take us on such great tours Brian.
You are a fine spokescat for your town…the Department of Tourism should put you on the payroll! I went with mom and dad to Shakespeare in the park in LA once. We saw Hamlet and when Hamlet demanded that his father's ghost "Speak" I barked out loud…everybody cracked up!
Greenville looks like a really cool place, Mama has been to NC before (her good friend lives there) but never to SC maybe she can visit there next time she goes over.
Thanks for the tours! We've really enjoyed them. You live in a beautiful part of the country.
Brian, you are a cat about town!!! We think it's cool that you get to show us the sights!
That was a great tour! Thank you! I think that fountain would be fun to watch too!
Brian, you are so lucky to live in such a nice place…with parents who take you out on the town. 🙂
My Human thinks that yours is a very pretty town. She really likes that theater building!
Maybe you set up a little kitteh-friendly tour company and make some extra cash for treats & 'Nip?
Thanks for showing us around Brian. You're a great tour guide. 🙂
I did not realize there was so much in Greenville. We usually go for bookstores and Indian food. Have your Mom and Dad eaten at the India Palace? Good stuff. We will have to check some of the art stuff out.
