Honestly, I haven’t fully recovered from the 2010 Bark World Expo. There were some many friends and so little time. It was very nice to be able to go to Yappy Hour on Friday night with so many of my friends. Let me tell you, the had some pretty darn good NipTinis there too.
I know many of my blogging friends have participated in the world famous (literally) PawPawty which is hosted by my friend FrugalDougalDog better known on Twitter as @FrugalDougal . We had the pleasure of sitting next to Frugal’s Mom Lynn at dinner on Friday night. They have raised almost $40,000 to help pets so it was nice to get the inside scoop (no pun intended) on things that actually work in the social media world. Lynn was actually one of the Keynote Speakers and really knows her stuff. Hopefully some of that knowledge rubbed off on us.
In case you missed my pictures from Bark World, you can find them here:
Always remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

That really is great what Frugal Dougal is doing. We went and looked at PawPawty. Now all we got to do is train our assistant how to do Twitter so she can participate in the Paw Pawty.

Wow, what a great expo! No wonder you are exhausted from all that activity!
You have an extra nap today Brian -all that socialising must have left you feeling very weary. How nice to sit next to Frugal's mom and have a chat with her.
We suggest more naps!

Purrs,

Brian, The Bark Expo looks like is was a great time…and your Human got to meet friends and learn so much. That's a win-win, in our opinion.
We almost feel as if we were there.
Oh man…you look tired, Brian. And no wonder, considering how hard you work.
Congrats!! $40,000 is not small change and will go a long way to help animals in need.
My human did not go and I am mad now because I wanted a bag of goodies! At least she is going to BlogPaws West – I am looking forward to getting a cool bag of goodies from there!
Sleep well dear mancat!
Great to raise so much money for such a wonderful cause…Sweet dreams, handsome boy…xoxo…Calle, Halle, Sukki

WOW, 40,000? That is AMAZING!
Sounds like it was a great success!
What a pretty Tabby Boy!!!!
Any tip or idea to generate more money to help our needy brothers and sisters is a great one! There is so much work to do and so few $$ to go around. Sounds like a very useful conference!
Oh you look just EXHAUSTED, Brian! You need like a 9-hour nap, and then some delicious food, and then another nap. Uh=huh, for sure!
We think you deserve a very long nap too, Brian – we really appreciate all you do to help others! And FrugalDougalDog's PawPawty's sound really amazing – that's a lot of money.
Sounds like you should take it easy after all that excitement, Brian! Do you think you'll do it again next year?
I really wish I could have made it. But a year disappears quickly. 🙂
Man!! You look so tired…you're making me tired……I think I'll have to come sit next to you now and take a little nap. When you wake up, you can give me all the nitty gritty on that BarkWorld thing. Looks like your flat self had a great time, but weren't you a little scared with all that barking going on? Good job Brian, for all your work and dedication…we home kitties really admire you. Bravo!!! Purrs Lautrec and Tiny
