Today I thought I would show you some more sights from around our town. There really is so much to do here that it is hard to narrow it down, but I decided we would start with…
Oh, you can click on the pictures to bigify them if you like. On our last tour I was showing you around town and Falls Park. Across the bridge over the falls is the Historic West End. It really is pretty and there is a lot going on in that part of town.
The scenery is so pretty and the trees and flowers are looking mighty fine.
I guess this just goes to show you what a Tabby Town this is because this is supposed to be where the Persian Cats go for food. This is a picture of the logo sign for Pomegranate on Main which says they specialize in Persian Food. I peeked in the window and I didn’t see one Persian! Maybe it was a bit early.
They are starting to get quite a few specialty shops in the Historic West End, one of which is the The Lollipop Shop . I checked, they did not have any CatNip flavored lollipops at all.
If you like art, they you would really like the Midtown Artery because they have original works of art from all over the world.
What about food? Hey, now you’re talking, you might enjoy the Rio Grille which is a Brazilian Steakhouse. Basically here’s the deal, they give each diner a card with a green light and a card with a yellow light and a card with a red light. As long as your card with the green light is up they will keep bringing you food to eat. When you want to take a breather, turn up the card with the yellow light. And when your done, turn up the card with the red light. Whoa, too much green light can make your tummy hurt.
This is an interesting old warehouse. Hey, what’s that up on the chimney???
I’m really not sure what it is, but I’m not sure that I want to get any closer.
I hope you enjoyed the tour today and I’ll show you some more next week. Guess where we are going next week, I’ve give you a hint…it’s round.
Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

Hi Brian! We love it when you show us around your awesome city! 🙂
That gargoyle on the chimney is funny (but a little scary, too).
We hope you have a fantastic day.
Oh my, what a nice place to live and visit! yep, the artshop would be a great place to have a look around. It is always nice to see handcrafted stuff!
bonks Brian
A lovely tour of your pretty town, Brian…Happy day, sweet friends…xoxo…Calle, Halle, Sukki
Greenville looks like such a nice place to live, Brian. Our mom particularly likes that old warehouse with the gargoyle – so cool!
Loved seeing more of your town…I can't believe you didn't see any Persain cats in that restaurant! The lollipop place looks fun too…we have a place in our town called 'Loco Pops' and they make frozen pops for dogs, but nothing for cats. We are always discriminated against!
We sure enjoyed the tour, Brian! Mommy thinks the gargoyle in pretty cool.
You are certainly the ManCat about town…we're assuming you teleport and Do Not use the dreaded car.
Hola!!!
Tienes un gato muy viajero jejeje
Besitos
What an awesome tour guide! 🙂
Your town has a lot of cool places to explore! My favorite lamb shanks in the whole world (and I have traveled) come from a Persian restaurant right here in Albuquerque! Come to think of it mom has never mentioned seeing any Persian cats there, either! Can't wait for the tour to continue…
Brian
Thanks for the great tour.

You live in a lovely town Brian and we enjoy the tours you take us on.
We sure love the tours of your town, Brian. Greenville sounds and looks like a pawsome place. Our mum has been to a Brazilian steak house before (we are jealous) and you definitely want to starve yourself before you go!

Great tour Brian, I love that you are in each picture!!
Nice gargoyle too 🙂
Your town looks lovely!
But that thing on the chimney? I think it's the same thing that made William (no relation) Shatner go mental when he saw it on the wing of that plane… I'd be very careful if I were you!
How CLEAN everything is! And no wired, missing paving stones etc. I miss that sort of thing.
You live in a real purty town! I like my town but it's kinda foggy and dirty.
That gargoyle can't be good. Do you think it mighta killed Santa Claus and now it will bring scary stuff down everyone's chimney at Christmastime?
We would love to visit your town! It looks so interesting and quaint.
Oh wow!!! Thank you so much wonderful Brian!! What a very interesting and truly lovely tour of your Historic West End District!! The trees are certainly lovely and me and Charlie love the quirky shops! Lollipops, Persian food, eclectic international art, totally mad steakhouse.. goodness there's so much to do and see and eat! Oh but you saved the best for last – that funny white figurine is truly mysterious!!!
Thank you lovely Brian!!! Me and Charlie might have a lollipop now!
Hello to your sweet sisters Zoe, Gracie, Sascha and Dolly!
Take care

Thanks for the tour!
I love the old brick building…
Haha! I loved looking to find you in each picture!
Thanks for the info, we went to Rio's in Myrtle Beach and really enjoyed it, nice to know there is one much closer. Have you tried their grilled pineapple?
