Brian's Home, adopt cats, we deserve it!
It’s no secret that ever since Sister Gracie developed asthma and had a long round of steroid pills, she put on some weight.  Sister Gracie knows that her sweet Mancat Alex loves her however she is, but she did want to lose some weight.  Well, she has lost some weight and will tell you all about it since it is her turn to post on Saturday.  But here she is practicing her invisible version of Twister.  I’m very proud of her, she is doing great!

Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!!  More Forever Homes More Often!

Hooray for Gracie!! She is beautiful no matter her size but being healthy is very important. Banjo lost 12 lbs and has kept it off for a few years now. If he can do it ~ she can do it!! Go Gracie Go!!

Oh Gracie you are looking very skinny. We think you look terrific and we can’t wait to hear how you lost the weight. Our BG has gotten really really fat and mostly because she eats her food and everyone else’s food. Hope all of you have a super Thursday. Take care.

Gracie, you go girl… Congrats -Hilary

Oh, Gracie, you didn’t need to lose one ounce to be beautiful in, my eyes, but I understand why you did… you ladies are all the same 🙂 but remember I will always love you no matter how big or small you are, and I am such a lucky man cat to have you as my lady..xoxo alex

  5. Hannah and Lucy

Sister Gracie – I (Hannah) feel your pain I am on steroids for asthma too and I only have to look at food and I put on weight!! There is Lucy clearing up the plates and not an extra ounce on her – I only glance at a minute morsel and I’m like the incredible hulk! We ladies must stick together and tell the world we aren’t greedy.
Luv Hannah and (skinny) Lucy xx xx

Sister Gracie, that’s a very advanced Yoga move you’re doing, we’re impressed!

Congratulations on losing weight — we thought you were just fine, but we know that added weight can mean a higher risk of diabetes, heart disease, and of course the asthma, as well as other issues. So good for you!

That is Most Impressive twisting, Gracie! Good job on losing the weight. That’s not easy to do. Maybe you should write a BOOK!

Yeay to Sister Gracie! Mommy is very interested to know how Sister Gracie lost some weight as our Meow-Me is becoming rounder and rounder despite the smaller portions.

Wow, that is an amazing position! Very skillful! I’m so glad she is feeling better, and I hope for her continued health in 2012!

Uh Oh! There are 4 cats here who should be on a diet. They’ll be interested in hearing her story. Gracie looks mighty limber for a pudgy puss, so maybe her weight isn’t too bad after all.
