Hello everyone, I hope you had a great weekend. We had company so I didn’t get around to visit all those that I should have, but I know you all understand. So it’s on to another week. Can you believe that April will be over very soon. Fur sure flies when you’re having fun.
Hey, here is a couple of updates from my friends at Purina and Tidy Cat…
The Purina Cat Chow team recently had some fun by “taking over” a dog park in St. Petersburg, Florida, for a day with cat toys.
Purina Cat Chow did this to raise awareness in a light-hearted way about a place where cat owners can connect with each other – the Purina Cat Chow Facebook Community. Dog owners have dog parks and enjoy them as a place to exercise their dogs and socialize with other dog owners. The Purina Cat Chow Community offers a place for cat owners to gather and connect with like-mended people to share, learn and talk about all things “cat.” It’s their version of a cat park.
Then, our friends at Tidy Cat are really cleaning up! Tidy Cats has an ongoing campaign that aims to help with “what stinks in your life.” Tidy Cats brand cat litter Scoop formulas with new Odor Erasers™ technology helps with the PU in the litter box, and now Tidy Cats is on a mission to help with the PU in life through the “No More PU” campaign.
Along with its PU Patrol –Meg and Sam, and the PU-erasing team – Tidy Cats is embarking on a multi-city tour aimed at surprising people with creative solutions to life’s PU, big and small. To kick off the campaign, the PU Patrol was helping out with the following stinky situations in and around New York:
-Clean Up the PU: Cleaned-up a vacant property in Queens that has become a dumping ground for trash and an eyesore with rodents that are a health and safety threat to the neighborhood. The Tidy Cats PU Patrol helped with the PU in this situation by cleaning up the yard, answering the neighborhood call for help.
-No PU from this View: Life stinks when you can’t explore every facet of New York City. On behalf of Tidy Cats, 1,000 New Yorkers and tourists were able to visit the Empire State Building for FREE on April 18 and see the city from a bird’s eye view.
-Sweeten Up the PU in Life: Tidy Cats and the PU Patrol personally sweetened up the lives of New Yorkers by delivering iconic Magnolia cupcakes throughout the city to help sweeten up the everyday PU in life.
The Cats and the PU Patrol will be in Boston from April 23-26. Where to next? You can find out in real time by following Meg and Sam’s adventures on-the-road via Twitter @PUpatrolSam, @PUpatrolMeg and @TidyCats, and join in on the conversation with #lifestinks.
You can also go to www.NoMorePU.com to find out more about the tour, receive updates and photos showcasing where the PU Patrol has been, and where they are headed next.
Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zi

As I mentioned in yesterday’s post, my poos don’t stink. We use Tidy Cat when it’s on sale but TW doesn’t like heavily scented litters cos of her asthma. LOVE that picture of you!! Smoochie!
That is a handsome picture of you Brian. We hope you enjoyed your visitors.
Mommy could take Toy to a cat park, he LOVES to walk in harness. Our Mommy is also on a PU campaign and we are now using Blue Buffalo Naturally fresh litter….it is made of 100% walnut shells! When Mommy opened the bag right away she loved the aroma of the litter. It really is low tracking and it absolutely controls the PU!!! HOWEVER….could this be what is causing Tinker’s swollen chin….could he be allergic to nuts?? Well, Mommy has to put her detective hat on and switch litters so Tinker can only use our past litter, Cat’s Pride, fresh… Read more »

OK, that’s where I draw the line. My feline sisters take over my bed, my toys, my food, my harness (Rosie) and all the comfy sleeping spots. No kitties at the dog park! Just kidding, you know I love the kitties!
Your pal, Pip
I like how you share cool stuff with us! And your photo….my human started to purr! What’s up with that?????
Oh! Me has to get the PU out! Me wants to thanks yous guys for all the purrs and posting about me. me is feeling much better. me is feeling so good, me is making it really difficult for Mommy to get my pills into me!

We kitties here don’t like woofies, or going outside cause it means the vets. Even the Formerly Ferals don’t look to go out. But sounds like fun if the kitties like going out & meeting new folks. Those Tidy Cat people sure not creative!
Well, I hopes they comes to San Francisco because we would like a cupcake, please!
I’m looking forward to August (AFRICA!!!) so I don’t mind that April has gone so fast 😉 Hope you had a great weekend too Brian and enjoyed the company of your guests. Thanks for all the updates too! 🙂
