Hey, our Dad (Terry) is one of the featured Cat Guys here: Responsible Pet Ownership Blog: Real Men Do Love Cats! 7 “Cat Guys” Tell All
Hello everyone! Dad told me this photo shows off my tortie goodness but purrsonally I think my left paw looks bent outta shape! Anyways, here I am, and a wee bit confused too. You see, as near as I can tell, us girls get to do our Sister Saturday post in order of when we arrived here. Well, that little Zoe did hers last week so Sister Dolly should be up today. The only thing Dad told me is that we were switching weeks this time because Sister Dolly had something special to share next Saturday. Whatever!
I have been having a good time and the lower gate is still in place. I don't go down there and hang out on a regular basis but I do venture down to check things out. Usually when I go down that Gracie is sitting on the bench staring at me. You might not recall, but I wasn't overly nice to Gracie when I first got here, and Brian tells me she has a very good and long memory. But we've been cordial, no hissing or anything like that. Oh, I do go down and look when Brian gets rip running through the house, which happens quite often! . I am starting to think that I want to go down and join the rest of the family, but I'm still a bit scared of the whole deal. I do think I'm making some very good progress though.
I do like to sit in my cat tree though and watch the goings on in the back yard. I have a terrific view of the ferals coming and going. Actually I probably have a better view of the ferals than anyone else. Dad has been making some noise building the ferals a house for shelter for winter. Maybe he will show you some pics sometime.
Okay friends, I am more than ready for a nap. Thanks for stopping by and reading my post, even if it wasn't supposed to be my turn. Adopt cats, we deserve it!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrr! Zip! Later!
Hello there, Precious! We know when you are ready to be among the others, Brian would take really good care of you. 🙂
Hi there Precious. You are looking mighty fine.
That is a terrific picture of your Dad over at Responsible Pet Owners.
What fun that your Dad is fixing a house for the feral kitties. We can’t wait to see the pictures. We want pictures of the ferals too, please .
Hope all of you have a great week end.
Your turn or not, you sure deserve the spotlight. Hopefully as the days pass things become less more of a fright.
I can’t wait for next week for Dolly’s big news…
I am glad you got your turn, even if out of order, Precious… You are one beautiful girl. I hope you get to enjoy that wonderful family of yours. You are a very lucky girl to have them. I didn’t know about Gracie’s long memory… Wonder if that was one of the traits that Alex loved about her (after all, probably reminded him of his mom a little :))
Oh Precious – you are just that – so precious. I sure am glad Brian and his family gave you a home. I just know you’ll come around and eventually go down from upstairs and join the family. you can always escape back upstairs if you get scared or unsure of yourself. So please give it a try.
We hope you get to go and mingle with your sisfurs very soon Precious – and you know Brian wouldn’t hurt you as he is a true gentleman cat.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Very nice to see you, Precious!! We loved seeing the human interview over at the Responsible Ownership Pet Blog and also think it is fantastic that he is making houses for the ferals!
That sounds like good progress, Precious. We enjoyed reading the Cat Guy blog post. Your Dad is a really good guy.
Hey Brian, Jet here. Hi Mr. Terry.
Please pass on to Precious that she has beautiful black fur… we know she will overcome her fears as time marches on.
Mr. Terry! What a great interview… we popped over to read it, whoo hoo, a celeb! Congrats!
What a great name you have !!!
My Meredith Ann doesn’t mix with my other four cats.
She has her own room.
After almost three years, she is brave enough to walk around the house but she always goes back to her room to eat and nap.
It’s the best for her and I know she’s safe.
Something she didn’t have before I adopted her.
With time, maybe you will mix better with your gang.
Precious, you are a beauty! Take all the time you want in joining the family!
Hi Precious, when you’re ready there’s lots of fun to be had,xx Speedy

Chica wants you to know that some cats just prefer to be the only cats! It is a tortie thing!
Precious, we don’t think your paw looks out of place at all. It kind of reminds us how a Proper Lady holds her teacup. VERY prim & Proper!
And please tell dad we’d LOVE to see what he builds for the ferals. We’re going to go read about your dad’s feature right now!
