My goodness, Brian was right…but don’t tell him I said that please! There are boxes everywhere, and yes, we are doing our part to help make sure they are properly emptied.
Brian told us that the Christmas Tree was going up this weekend and I’m not sure that any of us believed him. I love Christmas too, but I had sort of forgotten how much fun it is just helping get the decorations out. Brian says it is the same number of boxes that we had last year, but I think there are several more. There are several different kind of boxes too. There are long skinny ones, square ones and plastic ones with funny lids. I have been laying on the lid of several of the plastic ones, but every once in a while I am asked to move so that what’s inside can come out. No problem, I just move to another one.
There is one problem though, and that is with the Christmas Tree and the Cat Tree. The Christmas Tree goes where Brian’s Cat Tree is at so his Cat Tree has to be moved into the dining room. Well, maybe it isn’t a problem, especially as much as we love the Christmas Tree. And I know what you’re thinking so I will answer it right now, no, none of us mess with the Christmas Tree. Seriously, Brian would whap us if we mess with it. We all just love to lay under it and look at it and we are very good to it. Hey, we sure don’t want to end up on that famous naughty list.
Well gang, I gotta go help with the decorations some more. I hope you all have a fantastic weekend! Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!! More Forever Homes More Often!
Daddy has been reluctant (and Mommy is inclined to agree) to put up the Christmas tree. When it was just Whisky it was easy because she’s a very good girl and doesn’t mess with the tree. It was still okay with just Cosmo and Ling. But with Tutu around…..Daddy says he can just imagine her at the top of the tree or eating the decorations. Oh well, as long as we still get our presents!
What great fun, mummy says its to early but she did say the outside stuff will be done next week, hope you post some photos of your tree
Round our house, we wait till December before even GETTING a tree, and then it lives in a bucket in the garage for a week before it gets put up. So you guys are really lucky to have your tree starting this weekend!
Oh that is so exciting to put up the tree already. Wonder if we can get our person to do that. Can’t wait to see the final results. But the boxes sound like great fun. Hope all of you have a fantastic week end. Take care.
We can’t wait to see what your tree looks like! Because of Laila, we don’t put up a tree. She is terrified out of her mind of them and Mom would rather have her stress free. I’ve never seen one and you just know I’d be climbing it or chomping on the branches.
Wow your Christmas tree is going up this weekend. We hope you will show it to us when it’s all done.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Sounds like lots of fun and exploring is had, can tell from your eyes haha

We are hoping Mommy will put up the Christmas Tree this year.

This is our favorite time of the year. No other time involves so many boxes! Happy Caturday!
That sure sounds like a lot of fun! We can only imagine the fun it is going to be this year decorating with a new and curious kitten in our house…
Sister Dolly, how exciting! We always like it when the Christmas Tree goes up, too. We like to watch while it is being decorated, and snag a few of the ornaments to batt around.
You are lucky because your folks put up the tree nice and early. We don’t get to see ours until sometime in Decembrrrr.
Wow, this is exciting, can’t wait to see it!
If our tree goes up (it rarely does), it will be the middle of December because of my human’s scheduling. We don’t mess with it either.
M says if I’m lucky, the tree will go up this coming weekend. I’m kinda worried tho because the tree came in a box this time and it’s not a very tall box. I hope I can sitll lay under it!!
We love it when the Christmas tree goes up. We like to whap the sparkly baubles. We used to climb up it when we were younger but we don’t do that any more.
You are so lucky to have a tree!
My humans don’t want to have a tree. Not that they don’t like it but they say we wouldn’t behave. Hmpf. We would!!

Oh Dolly, all of you are so lucky! We, for some reason, do NOT get a tree at our house.
Oh boy, boxes and boxes and boxes everywhere!
Dolly, what big eyes you have!
The lady’s previous cats, Addie and Elvis Pussley, use to lay under the tree….like they thought they were in a forest or something.
Sweet, beautiful Sister Dolly! You all are going to be able to enjoy looking at your tree a long time. Hope you all are having a very nice weekend. Hugs and nose kisses
Hooray for the Christmas tree going up! Woot woot! Mine is up now too. It makes me happy! 🙂
xo Catherine
We’re so jealous that your tree is going up already! Ours won’t be up for awhile…but then again, we mess with our tree all the time! That’s probably why it’s not up yet.
Oh goodness Dolly, those huge eyes!
We dont have a Christmouse Tree here.
Christmas Trees! We don’t get ours up for at least 3 more weeks! Can me come over and climb yours?
Kisses
Nellie
Mowzers, we’ve heard of this mysterious marvel, and from the look on your face and your big eyes, it must be amazing indeed!
We don’t observe Christmas so no trees here, but we gets to stare out at the neighbor’s twinkly lights and enjoy them!
oh Dolly, what a wonderful photo of you..
