The Sixth Day of Christmas: Please follow along Dante and Sascha on their 12 Days of Christmas, you will be glad you did.
When I asked Sister Gracie if she wanted to take a turn on Santa Watch she immediately said yes. Of course she went up on the steps to one of my favorite look out spots, but that’s really okay, you can see a lot from that spot. Actually all of us use that spot from time to time for that very reason.
Gracie’s shift lasted a good long while too, but she didn’t seem to mind. Even though she didn’t see Santa yet, she said she did have fun because she could see lots of geese hanging out at the lake. They must have been having some kind of meeting because there were lots of geese and they seemed to be having a lot to say. Hey, maybe Santa Goose was over there somewhere!
Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
Oh, of course. When they say “the goose is done”, they must mean it is done talking to its friends.
Gracie, you are doing a great job. I hear you are on his “good” list.
Sister Gracie! You are an excellent Sentinel. Will you tel all of us when Santa starts his rounds?
xoxox
Good job Gracie. I bet those Geese were having a meeting and deciding what they wanted for Christmas. Don’t forget to let us know if you see that big Man in Red. We are so excited, we can hardly stand ourselves.
Can you see Santa yet Gracie?
Hmm, those geese just made us realise we haven’t seen any yet. There are several hundred Canada Geese that live down on the marshes and they usually arrive by the middle of November. Some stay all year round and we haven’t seen them either. Maybe the weather has been too cold and wet for them also!
We’re glad to hear you had something fun to watch while you waited for Santa, Gracie!
Hope none of those cute stockings are blocking your view, Sister Gracie. We have LOTS of geese here too. Mom has to stop for them often while driving and honk her horn to get them moving off the street. They sure do move slow!
If you going to count the geese Gracie be careful it doesn’t make you fall asleep and you miss Santa’s arrival.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Maybe too early for Santa, but he’ll be here soon!
Keeping quite the look out, I’d love to get a hold of a goose too.
Good work Gracie
and you brought a big smile to my face – love seeing you pretty lady!
Good job sister Gracie… please give me a sign when Santa is on the move ;o)
I always listen for the sleigh bells. That’s a giveaway for sure. Haven’t heard them yet. purrs

I’d love to come watch geese with Gracie! I’d keep an eye out for Santa too. If anything flies I’ll keep my eyes on it. My Mommy wants to thank you for yelling at me when I was missing. It meant a lot to her, and of course now I am back!
She seems to be doing a great job looking out

Santa better hurry up and come before you get tired of watching for him.
Keep watching sweetie. He’s apt to show up one of these days. If he comes here first, I’ll alert you.
Gracie, dear. Have you been a good girl? Do you think Santa will be filling that Giant Sock with treats and toys???
That a great job watching! Be careful Santa Goose doesn’t goose you.
Wow! Is there a sock there for everyone of yous? Does yous gets your toys all mixed up? Or does Dolly commandeer them all?
