Gee, it’s hard to believe it’s my turn to do Sister Saturday, seems like I was just here. I know, I know, we rotate so I’m only here every sixth week but this time it seemed seriously fast. It’s too bad that Friday doesn’t arrive each week with similar speed. Anyways, I’m just enjoying a little bench time break.
If you were wondering if Sister Kit and I are getting along yet, the answer is, hmmmmmm, not really. It’s not like we’re fighting or anything like that, I just give her a hiss every now and again. Dad says it seems like my hisses are few and far between now, but it’s mostly if she gets right in my face, then I let the hiss rip! I suppose she’s okay, I just have a challenge with new arrivals, and it’s always that way with me.
Not much else has been going on around the house lately. I’ve been spending lots of time looking out the sliding door onto the deck where the feral feeding station used to be. Oh, it’s still there, Dad just moved it down the deck a little bit to let some of the dampness underneath dry out. The ferals didn’t seem to mind the move and they actually seem to like it down the deck where it is now. I could probably see them a lot better if I moved to the other sliding door, but I really like this one a lot and I can see them coming and going. Actually since the feral feeding station has been moved down a bit I have a purrfect view of the bird bath, which is always entertaining. The birds aren’t the only ones that like the bird bath. The ferals drink out of it even though Dad has fresh water in their feeding station. The silly squirrels also drink out of the bird bath too. Purrsonally, I hope the feral feeding station stays where it is because I am sure enjoying the view from here.
That’s pretty much a wrap for me today and I hope you all have a wonderful and fun weekend! Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
Oh Sister Sascha, you are looking so very pretty sitting on that bench. Sounds like you have been really busy watching everything outside. It is a busy world out there. Going to be a wet day today. Hope you have a great day anyway. Take care.
Sascha – you are so pretty.. But i hope you give Kit a little bit of a break.. no one likes to get hissed at sweetie…
You sure do have a great and comfortable view of the world Sascha! So nice to see you today!
Even with fresh water, all seem to lie the nasty stuff, must have flavor or something haha enjoy your view
Sascha you are one lovely lady. Kitty says she wish you can become Kit’s friend and not hiss at her. I’m sure you both would enjoy the other… Mummy says she hope you enjoy your day and watching from your window. Keep dry…we are suppose to get rain too!
Purrs & Hugs,
Kitty & Mum
Sister Sascha we’re pleased to see a tiny thawing between you and Kit and now there are only hissy fits!! Please try and be friends because she must feel upset when you do.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Well, there is such a thing called personal space. So once Sister Kit figures out your personal space, there’ll be no more hissing. 🙂
Well, hello beautiful Sister Sascha! That bench always looks so comfy and inviting.
You look so pretty sitting on your bench.
I bet that bird bath is quite entertaining.
I need to get one for my front yard.
(that’s were bird tv lives)
ferals are funny. I put out fresh water for my ferals and they insist on drinking the non-fresh water from a large bucket in the middle of the yard! Enjoy the bird watching!
as long as its a good view!
It took Binga quite a while to stop being hissy with me when I came to live here, Sascha! So I am sure you will accept Kit, just in your own time.
Hey sis! Them birdies are pretty cool to watch, but I prefer squirrel watching myself. woo woo woo!
Sascha…MOL MOL MOL
I give my human sister a hiss or two every time she visits just so she knows it is my house. I think that is just what sisters do.
Hugs madi your BFFF
You have some srsly excellent TV from your window! We like to make log-jams on Daddy’s desk to watch the birdbath in front. You should hear him shout with glee!
Sascha darling, It’s okay–you don’t gots to like efurrykitty! Into each life a little hiss must fall, and You are Kit’s. I am the Human’s, heh heh.
You are looking so beautiful in that chair. That sliding glass door sounds like a good place to be. Sounds better than TV.
I would really love a nice bird bath! You are really a lucky kitty.
Dad is starting to think about how he is going to get us to see outside more this year as we are inside kitties.
By the way. You are one good looking Lady-Cat! Mrowr!
Wow Sascha, you sure are a pretty lady. Glad you got to show off those beautiful furs today. Today while Mom was doing some potting, we saw Lily Olivia drinking from one of our bird bathes. That water was looking pretty scummy to us, but even when Mom asked her what she was doing, she kept drinking. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Josette
You are looking lovely Sascha 🙂
Sounds like things are going well at your place too!! That’s good.
Tillie and Julie are not snuggle buddies here 😉 heehee

Sascha, maybe a hiss is your way of saying hello?? 😉

Beautiful Sister Sascha you look so comfy on the bench watching the outside action. Your birdbath is a busy place. It sounds like you are making progress with getting along with Sister Kit. You all have a great weekend! Hugs and nose kisses
You are such a pretty girl Sasha. Swoon. So happy you have such wonderful entertainment out your window.
Maybe if you guys all petition your Dad, he’ll leave it there. Your house must be getting crowded with all the new sisters. Play nice.
Thank you for continuing to visit us while TW was sicker than she is now. We appreciate it.
Goodness, yer deck-viewing has been undergoing some changes lately!
You are such a pretty ladycat! We hope you have a wonderful Caturday.
You are so pretty Sister Sascha. We are also put on rotation too. Purrs!
Wow Sascha glad you are well. Have a happy time watching bird TV. Wishing you all a serene Sunday.
Best wishes Molly
Sounds like a typical fascinating cat life to me…I think us dogs have so much more fun in life but you cats seem happy with the mundane things, my cats too.
Sascha you are GORGEOUS!
Sasha, does the ferals stalk the birdbath? We used to has one and when me as young and liked to chase birdies, Mommy and Daddy got rid of ours as me kept stalking the birdies (and the squirrels)
Kisses
Nellie
Hope you kitties enjoyed a sunny weekend!
