Tabby Tuesday: I’m not actually in the corner

Brian's Home. Adopt cats, we deserve it! I know, I know, it sort of looks like I’m being made to stand in the corner, as if I would ever do anything bad!  But pictures are misleading sometimes, I am actually in a terrific spot.  What you can’t see to my left is my water fountain and to my right is the sliding glass door in the kitchen, so I’ve got two of my favorite things within paws reach.

I have a ceramic water fountain and I really, really love it.  Not only is the water cool and fresh, every once in a while there are some tiny air bubbles in there and I try to capture them.  I haven’t been overly successful at capturing the air bubbles yet, but it’s fun to sit there and try.  I also love looking out the sliding glass doors.  The one in the kitchen is just a few feet away from the feral feeding station and I like to greet the ferals when they come for a meal.  They don’t seem to mind me sitting there and watching, but if Dad or Mom show up they scatter pretty quick.  Oh, and I haven’t forgotten about trying to get some pics of the ferals, we’re working on it, but I think they must see the flashy box sitting on the kitchen table and are avoiding it.

I hope your Tuesday is totally purrfect!  Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!!  More Forever Homes More Often!  Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

Wow that sounds like endless entertainment. Little bubbles and cool water – nothing beats that!

Sometimes, Cats Herd You

That water fountain sounds pawesome! Were you afraid of it when you first got it? The cats who came before us had one and were afraid of it, and the peeps found it hard to keep properly clean. But there are more options now. Maybe we should work on the peeps for a new fountain.

Oh Brian, you have such a wonderful life. What a lucky kitty you are for sure. Glad the feral kitties are used to watching them. Tell that Mom and Dad to get a chair and sit by the glass door so the ferals will get used to them. ( Our Mom is so bossy, just ignore her)
Have a great day.

We had one of those water fountains before but it was made of plastic. Much to Mommy’s disappointment, NONE of us would go near it and all it did was collect fur. MOL.

We had a water fountain and we ignored it and meowed for our water bowls. Mum sent it to an animal charity so they could sell it to get things for their cattery.

You need to set up a hidden camera to catch them, no water fountain here, may have to look into that.

We are less thrilled about our fountain. The woman needs to clean it again too! Sometimes we drink out of it when everything else is gone!

Looking good, Brian! You don’t look cornered at all. I love those ceramic water fountains. I saw some on Etsy that I loved. Where did you get yours?

Once again, so kind of you and your furmily to feed the feral kitties. I’m sure they just think you’re one of them, whereas your humans are scary looking creatures.

Water bubbles sound like fun! You should talk your peeps into a feral-cam, Brian.

well I’d say you have found the purrfect spot for some cat TV including a refreshing drink when you need it. We are fortunate, there are no ferals in our neighborhood. We live in an urban area and thank Cod, have not seen strays either.

I’ve been loving my ceramic fountain too! It’s surprising how cool the water stays. And Waffles has finally learned that it’s for drinking, not shenanigans.

Hey! Very cool ticker you’ve got there! : )

You, bad? Not ever! It sounds like you have a great set-up there. I’m going to look into the ceramic water fountain for the kitties here, especially since we have one CRF kitty who loves cold water. Anyway, Brian, it sounds like you have a great view out your window.

Hey Brian, our Mom has been checking out the ceramic water fountains to run on the deck this summer. We have seen a couple of feral cats hanging out near our bird feeders, Mom said it’s time to get taller bird feeder hangers=^Y^=

Oh Brian you’re so handsome. I’d rather see you than some other cats even if they are ferals. My water fountain is still sitting there all lonely. heh heh

Texas, a cat in New York

I too like the water in our fountain, plus it’s fun to watch!
Although the best for me is the human’s glass 😉
Have a purrfect evening!

The Human thinks about getting me a water fountain dish, but then she thinks I will just be all askeered of it because I’m such a coward (I would be offended by this word if it weren’t so true) and then she would have wasted a bunch of money. *I* say I’m worth the chance!
