Brian's Home. Adopt cats, we deserve it!
First off, Sister Gracie wanted me to thank you for all of the purrs, woofs and prayers. Sister Gracie has a Urinary Tract Infection and the meds should help her feel better really soon. The Vet feels that the constipation issue was mostly related to what she was experiencing with the UTI. If the constipation issue doesn’t clear up quickly the peeps will give Gracie some of Brian’s Constipation medicine. Yes, Brian has constipation medicine because lots of times he is full of it MOL!

As for me, things are good, and so are treats.  You know, for the longest time I really never liked treats, and then, all of a sudden I love them.  I don’t know, maybe it is because I had a good teeth cleaning last year and my mouth feels better.  Nah, maybe it’s just because they are yummy.  I try my best to be a good sister too.  If someone doesn’t want their treats after playtime, hey, I am more than happy to help them out.  I think I shall make it my mission in life to rid the world of all unwanted treats.  Sounds like a plan, doesn’t it?  What kind of treats do you like?

Oh great, now I’ve done it, I’m hungry, so I’ll have to go tend to that immediately.  Have a wonderful weekend everyone and I’ll see you next time!  Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!!  More Forever Homes More Often!  Purrrrr! Zip!  Later!

Oh Sister Sascha, you do look so very pretty sitting there on the bench. Glad you are in charge of the leftover treats. That is a fun job. Take care everyone.

I am glad sister Gracie is feeling better. I like all treats sister Sascha, but my favourite is meaty sticks which mum breaks into pieces for me.

Speaking of the Vet…we’re glad you came out okay. My mom made me go too for my annual wellness visit (whatever that is) We have a new office & Dr. that is closer to us. When we got there, everybody wanted to hold me, even the vet techs & the clients waiting their turn. The Vet picked me up in the air & then tickled me so, I felt welcomed by all the attention. Doc called mom w/the results & everything was A-OK. She even said I have a beautiful set of teeth & gums,so since you mentioned treats today…we have CETchews by Virbac that are scrumptious & help keep your pearly whites clean after brushing.

Ha-ha, Sascha, Binga is on constipation meds too for the VERY same reasons as Brian! 😉 Thank for keeping us up to date on Gracie.

Hi Pretty Sister Sascha! You look so lovely there. I’m glad Grace is doing better. The lady got the idea of a pinch of Miralax from both Katnip Lounge and Island Cats and then saw on a feline mega colon group that they use that there. She used it for Lucy.

I love treats! Right now I have some freeze dried shrimps, some raw treats from and my all time favoirte, Party Mix. I love your idea of ridding the world of all unwanted treats.

  9. Whisppy

We hope the meds kick in quickly and Sister Gracie feels better soon. What’s your favorite treat, Sister Sascha? Ours would have to be Freeze Dried! And Mommy’s homemade chicken jerky, of course!

  10. Sue Brandes

  12. Kitties Blue

Sascha, you would have a lot of competition in our house for those extra treats. You have got to snorphel your own really fast to get to those of the others. So glad Gracie does not have anything serious and should be good as new very quickly. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Misty May, Mauricio, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Josette

Sweet Sascha you look lovely on the green bench all relaxed today. We hope to hear Sister Gracie is back 100% real soon. We are happy that you are now lovin’ treats…enjoy! Hugs and nose kisses

  15. Cathy Keisha

Sascha, with your girlish figure, I’d never have thought you ever ate treats. I used to eat every kind of treats but now I’ll only eat Greenies SmartBites. I love them.

  16. Glogirly & Katie

    Oh great…now we’re ALL hungry!!!
Except for Waffles who in the middle of the night last night, opened up the kitchen cabinet door, pulled out an unopened package of freeze dried something, and had his way with it. Treat hog.

Sheesh, the Human wimps out with her cold for a few days and I miss all kinds of news! I will purr for Sister Gracie as she recovers from her UTI, and I will hope that someday I too, like Sister Sascha, will learn the joy of treats. The Human has wasted untold dollars on every kind of treat imaginable and I have never eaten a single one. (Don’t worry though–they didn’t go to waste! She has lots of friends with treat-loving kitties!)

You are so pretty Sister Sascha. I’m glad Gracie is feeling better. Our Gatsby has been dealing with a UTI also. Not fun. He’s doing well now, too, and is back to playing.
Have a great rest of your weekend!

  19. IndulgedFurries

Sasha, you look so content on your bench. I’m not much for treats but I hear some cats really like them. I’m glad you’re enjoying them so much. And I hope Gracie is feeling better soon.

  20. Caren Gittleman

Hoping Sister Gracie is on the mend soon! Try 100% canned pumpkin (just a little bit)….it is great for constipation in kitties! Mom gives it to me because I am often “full of it” too! MOL!! Love, Cody

  21. Tillie and Georgia
