Hello everyone, I hope your week has been good, mine has, especially now that the Flat and the Hat are back to their normal routines. They did have such a good time at BarkWorld, but, as I have mentioned before, my Dad just never takes the camera with him and he usually forgets to take pictures with his cell phone.
However, he did take a few, so I thought I’d show you what some of the Flats were doing at BarkWorld.
Here is me, Flat Brian, with my wonderful pal Flat Cody from Cat Chat with Caren & Cody hanging out with a real live woofie that just happened by.
Once again, it is me, Flat Brian, Flat Cody from Cat Chat with Caren & Cody and Flat Edna from Nutro. Many of our pals know Edna but she was unable to attend this year so she sent her Flat with a friend.
Cody and I were at the Cat Blogger Breakfast which was held on Friday morning. Not only was the breakfast good **they had BACON!** but it was nice that the BarkWorld gang recognized the importance of cats and cat bloggers and had a special event just for us. Each of the cat bloggers got a very nice swag back with cat goodie too!
Okay, enough of the Flats. Friday night at BarkWorld was a Block Pawty where different brands hosted different things. Well, Petco was there and they had announced their new Star Wars line of pet items at the conference. They had an incredible photo area set up where dogs could get all decked out in different costumes, like Yoda ears and the like. My Dad spotted something he wanted to try on but he was holding Rocco from To Dog With Love at the time. So, he and Rocco discussed it and they decided they could do it together.
My Dad dressed up as Chewbacca from Star Wars and made sure to keep MY fedora on top of his head. The only thing Rocco said was “may the furs be with you dude”, and didn’t mind smiling for the camera at all. You might have seen this picture because we put it on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest, but in case you missed it, here it is…
