One of the best rewards a blogger can have is friends. We are so fortunate to have so many friends around the world, and we cherish each and every one of you. You just never know where you will find a friend.
This past weekend when Dad was doing the Dash Memorial Rescue Run for the Cheese Kitties, we met two new friends, Carol G. and Tia, both of whom were participating in the Cheese Kitty transport. We also met the rest of the transport team online, and now we’re all interconnected friends. We’ve made and met friends at Purina, BlogPaws, Barkworld, adoption events, transports, and of course, online in Blogville. The funny thing is, we’ve never met new friends who felt like strangers, they have felt like friends from the get go. I think it is the nature of those who are passionate about critters.
Before we headed to BarkWorld this year, a friend who was attending for the first time contacted us. She said she was nervous because she hadn’t attended a BarkWorld Expo and didn’t know what to expect. We told her not to worry, it was just going to be filled with a whole bunch of friends she hadn’t met yet. So today, we are thankful for our friends and we are looking forward to the ones we haven’t met yet.
Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
Friends are the best Brian, we alway’z say ” A stranger iz a furiend wez yet to met ” 🙂 xx00xx

This is what happens when people are owned by pets. It could easily be the answer to achieving world peace.
We sure are very thankful to have you as our friends. It is fun to meet all kinds of different peoples all over the world. The Blogosphere is a great place.
Bravo lovely sentiment. Have a tremendous Thursday.
Best wishes Molly
We have made many friends since we have been blogging which was only a few weeks after we got our furever home.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
So true, many friends are made instantly through blogs and the like. Never would have guessed it when I first started. Plus another perk, if they annoy, you can just turn of the computer haha
We have never met a person passionate about furry critters who wasn’t a good person, and easy to become friends with! We feel very blessed to know you and hope we can meet you and the rest of our friends someday, too.

You know, that’s exactly right. Our friends new and old feel comfortable right from the start. Anipals are amazing and we feel so blessed to be a part of such a compassionate caring community. Boy that was a lot of “c” words!!!
We love you and all our blog friends too!!!!!! Being in Blogville is the best!!! The friends is the bestest too!!!!
I can understand that you feel like friends already even though you’ve not met them before. Love for animals make us bond!
We are so thankful to have made so many friends though blogging! 🙂
How old are you Brian? Or does mommy or daddy not know?
One of the best things about the pet community is the camaraderie! My human has been to events and conferences for several different communities, from fitness to investment to heavy metal music and the pet people are the warmest, friendliest bunch! (The heavy metal community was the second friendliest, but that was because everyone was drunk.)
6 years old? Huh? Wow.My 3 mixed breed cats are all 7 years old.And my 2 Ragdoll cats are both 5 years old:-).I got an E-mail from you today. Why have you been e-mailing me? How do you even know my E-mail address? And why do I have to put in my e-mail address when I give you a comment? I don’t have to do that when I give other people comments. Is there ANYWAY you can turn off when I give you a comment. You know how it says like “Email” and it will not be published? Because I don’t like putting… Read more »
You are so cute. I just want to give you a hug and a pet.
that is SO true. mom felt the same way about Blog Paws – and it was so easy to talk to everyone….they had been having conversations before, just not face to face. 🙂
The Beans and I agree. We have made many very good friends through blogging and met some face to face, Well, I haven’t met them but mum and dad have and got on really well with all of them.

You are so right Brian, some of our best friends are in Blogville – including you!
Dip Bridge and Elliot x
I hope that includes us :-0
Though our mom hasn’t had an opportunity to go to any of the social media conferences (she has already registered for 2014 Blog Paws), she cannot believe how many great bloggers she has met. And last weekend when the humans were at a bed and breakfast, she met the bestest cat person, who was also the sous chef at the B&B. They bonded as if they were twins. They were hugging all over the place when Mom and Dad left to come home. Mom’s going to blog about her and a special kitty named Libery next Tuesday. Purrs and hugs,… Read more »

It sounds like something I read “He never met a stranger”, it took me a moment to think that one through, but I realised it was someone who was always meeting friends. I can think of no better person to be than that.
That is so true! I think that’s the best part of blogging and being online!
Purrs
I think I might meet Savannah’s pawrents this weekend. I dunno–I hope I don’t hide UTB the whole time, but I can never tell how I am going to feel about Introodurs.
You are so right Brian! I would love to be able to meet old and new blogging friends in pawson one day.

First of all, I really swooned over your photo. Yes, that’s what TW said when she went to Blogpaws. The first time she went, she hadn’t even met Terry, who she drove down with, but they didn’t stop talking the entire way down. We have so many new friends.
Love Mollie’s comment about friends x
