UPDATE: 6:07am EST.  Brian had a good night and good morning so far, no excessive litter boxing.  Keep all paws crossed and purrs coming please.  Dad Terry.

Brian's Home, adopt cats, we deserve it!

Hello everyone!  I know, you want to know how I’m doing but you’ll have to wait for a minute since I have something I want to share with you.  Do you have something to be thankful for?  Of course you do, we all do.  Then why not join me for the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop Hosted by and let’s get hopping along with our thankfulness!

Now then, how am I?  Actually about the same.  Frequent trips to the litter box,   I did have a good day on Tuesday and the trips to the litter box were few and far between and the output wasn’t bad at all.  Then yesterday morning I was back going frequently again.  Dad and Mom are trying everything to ease this for me and are being so kind.  I just want to kick this thing in the butt and get on with my normal routine.  We’ve not been able to visit our friends as much as we like and we’re sorry about that.  I’m sure you understand that this has been keeping the peeps pretty busy too.  Y’all have just been so kind and I really do appreciate each and every kind thought and all the purrs, woos, prayers and virtual hugs.

So, today I’m thankful for all of my friends, and even though I’m not doing well, I’ve still got so much to be thankful for each and every day.   Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!!  More Forever Homes More Often!  Purrrrr! Zip!  Later!

Brian, is the vet 100% sure there’s nothing else untoward going on? Cystitis usually clears up in a handful of days, with or without pain meds (though those would ease your discomfort!). We don’t know enough to even suggest why this isn’t abating by now. 🙁

    Continued purrs and purrayers.

  26. Mr. Black

    Hi Brian–

I’ve been away for a while and just found out that you were not feeling well.

I’m sending lots of purrs your way. I hope you feel better soon.

  27. Oui Oui

We are glad you are doing a little better, but maybe the vet could change your meds? We thought it might be gone by now, and of course, we are still purring for you! Maybe its because we are so worried that it seems like its been going on for so long.

  28. Cathy Keisha

Brian, has your peeps changed litters and the detergent that they clean the box with? Maybe you’re sensitive or have grown sensitive to what they use. TW only uses antibacterial dish soap to clean my boxes. I’m going to keep purring as hard as I can for you to kick this.

  29. Harvey Button
