Hello friends, thought I had best give you an update.

First, Brian and Precious are still sneezing. Brian is eating just fine on his own. I am still feeding Precious by finger, but she doesn’t mind. Precious did eat a good bit of kibble on her own today. I gave Precious some fluids tonight just to be on the safe side of things. Both are still taking their antibiotics.

Now for Miss Gracie. Gracie had a really good day. She was taken out of the oxygen cage this morning and remains in a regular, but super sized cage. Her respiration rate is great. I just got back from there and she did not seem the least bit distressed without the oxygen. I talked to her Vet and she is extremely pleased with Gracie’s progress. Gracie ate real well today and even had some dry food on her own and some TUNA JUICE! Gracie will remain oxygen free tonight unless she tells them she needs it, but there sure weren’t any signs of that. Gracie was sure talkative, and gave me plenty of head butts and purrs.

They tried Gracie on Liquid meds today vs. the IV variety to which she promptly said yuck. They will try her on pills tomorrow and see if she tolerates that process better than the liquid. Oh, and her Dr. mentioned the “H” word, as in HOME. We discussed Brian and Precious and she was not overly concerned as long as Gracie remains on her meds for the duration of this sick event.

Keep the purrs, woofs and prayers coming, we all thank you so very much.

    Terry, Brian,

If you had any idea how I hold my breath when I come to visit and check on Gracie. * swallows hard * If will power could do it I would have propelled her HOME myself. OK Gracie, one step at a time – God Bless – you can do this.

    Much love,
