It’s me again with another update.
First, Brian seem like he is on the mend, there has been a few sneezes here and there but nothing Like it was. Miss Precious is sneezing a lot less too, only every once in a while. Precious is still not eating her wet food on her own and she is not objecting to my feeding it too her. She did eat quite a good helping of kibble on her own today, so that’s progress. I gave her some more fluids tonight too. Then Miss Precious came down to the lower landing and laid in her cat bed down there. She was there for a good while and looked very comfy. She also played with me a little bit too.
So, let’s talk about Gracie for a minute. I just got back from visiting her and her Mom spent some time with her this morning. Gracie had another really good day, but she is now sporting the Cone of Shame, a small soft-sided one. She started to chew on her IV site so I guess you could say she is feeling well enough to be a bit ornery. She ate really good today and she ate good for me tonight, after I took her cone off for feeding time. She did not argue with me one bit when I put the cone back on her. She was bright eyed and bushy tailed and told me to get her out of there. No word on her discharge date yet, but she looks darn good!!!
That’s it from here. Thanks for all the purrs, prayers and woofs, please keep them coming.
If you haven’t done so yet, please visit the Cats of Wildcat Woods with love and hugs. Their dear Yoko crossed Over the Rainbow Bridge today and they are so very sad.
I can only say: Woot! Woot! Woot! Fantastic news all around! XOXOXO

This is all really good news!
We hope Gracie can come home soon.
…we’ve never heard of a soft-sided cone. I bet it’s much more comfortable. At least as comfortable as a cone of shame can be.
xo (((purrs))) xo
Uh oh…sorry about the cone Gracie, but you shouldn’t disturb places like that! I heard about Yoko on Katie’s site and have left a comment for Yoko’s humans on their site.
Good news all around for your little sick ones, I’d say. I knew that Gracie was a little fighter! Glad to hear that Brian and Precious have improved, too. Precious MUST be feeling better to come downstairs to see you.

Oh dear, sounds like Gracie is feeling better if she is getting into mischief 🙂
