Brian's Home. Adopt cats, we deserve it!

Hello everyone.  Before I start, here is a few health updates.  I have something wrong with my eye, I’m squinting and not wanting to open my left eye.  So, I’ll be going to see our vet later this morning.  Brother Brian is having pee problems again, so he is back on meds and fluids.  Gracie’s breathing still sounds a little rattly so she is back on her antihistamine.  Sigh.  I thought it twas the season to be jolly.

Now for my real post for today!  We’ve got several little Christmas Trees here and since I’m little, the little trees seem purrfect for me.  Oh, don’t get me wrong, I like the big tree too, but I like this one because it’s up on a high stand.  I like sharing it with the Christmas Puppy too!!!

Okay, Brian asked me how I avoided the sickie bug that was at our place.  Well, it really is pretty simple.  I’m the smallest kitty here and I can run like the wind.  So I zipped and ran through the house and the evil sickie bug couldn’t catch me.  I could see it chasing me, but I was just too fast for it.  Do you believe that one?  Nah, me neither, but it sounded good.  I really don’t know how Sister Dolly and I avoided that bug, but somehow we did.

Have a wonderful Saturday everyone!  Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!!  More Forever Homes More Often!  Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

p.s.  Tomorrow is a special day here…please stop by.

Hi Zoe , hope your eye gets better after you visit the vet. And I hope the others start to feeling better soon too. Those rattly noises that cats get are usually upper respiratory sounds. They always sound worse than they are. Not that they are a good thing anyways, especially with Gracie who’s been through all her issues. Feel better soon guys!

Oh NOOOOOO!!! Sickies there again? That’s not fair….you all have had MORE than your share if health stuff lately. Good for you Zoe that you’re too fast for Mr. Sickie to catch you but what ARE we gonna do about the rest of the gang? Sigh. Well, let’s hope the eye thing isn’t serious, the pee thing is gone in short order, and there will be no more rattling heard from Gracie. My BIGGEST Christmas wish is that you all would GET healthy and STAY healthy…..honest! (wink)

    Holiday Huggies, Sammy

I am so very glad you avoided the sickie bug, Zoe, but hope your eye will be ok. I’m very sorry to hear that Brian is having pee problems again and hope Gracie’s asthma will stay under control. You look very pretty under that little tree.

Oh Sister Zoe I am sorry you have a squinty eye…I hoe it is nothing serious & I hope Gracie’s breathig settles down & Good grief for poor Brian…not more antibiotics?? We are so sad for all of you there.
Nylablue is having some *ahem* bowel trouble & diarrhea again….seems she got into the feral kitty’s kibble & she ate one of my long hair’s….Ho Ho Ho my eye!!!
So now she is on restricted food intake & limited kibble. She did pounce at teh mourning doves this morning quite a few times so she has spunk….
It is always something tho’ isn’t it??
I love your reason for why you did not get the sick buggie! 🙂
By the way I have never told you but you look so much like my first cat Simpson; she was a long haired beauty just like you & petite…
You look so lovely under your own ‘purrsonal’ tree too.
Please give our regards to all the kitties & Dad Terry also.
I will try to get a bloggie done sometime this weekend…TRY being the operative word….

Oh Zoe. Purrs for your eye!
Good job ducking that bug. Maybe it flew over you cause you are little. That makes you fit that tree purrfectly. And I see you have the Puppy as a good furend. That is the Catmouse spirit.

Man, I thought you were all on the mend. So sorry to hear you are all still a bit ill, but maybe if you get back to the vet quickly you can reverse the problems a bit quicker. Stay warm and well if possible!
