Thankful Thursday: A bit of a whisker show

Brian's Home. Adopt cats, we deserve it!
I always have so much to be thankful for, but today I am thankful I get to show you my whiskers.  Whisker hump Wednesday has seemed to banish me since it occurs on Womancat Wednesday.  But I’ve been telling my Dad that I have great whiskers too. But Dad kept saying sorry, you’re not a womancat Brian.

So, I had a plan.  I figured that if I could get my Mom to take a photo of my whiskers, surely Dad would find it and figure out a way to use it.  I love it when a plan comes together, don’t you?  Whiskers are very important to both us mancats and the womancats too.  So hey, sometimes you just gotta twitch your whiskers and see what happens.

Thanks for letting me show off my whiskers today and thanks Mom for the mighty fine whisker pic!  Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!!  More Forever Homes More Often!  Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

I learned something new about whiskers yesterday that I hadn’t heard of before called whisker stress. Your whiskers look just fine to me Brian! 🙂

You do have impressive whiskers, Brian! I am always a little sad about the whole whisker thing because mine are short and they tend to be a little sparse on one side! They are not my best feature.

Brain, those are such great whiskers and we are so glad that you talked the Dad into letting us see them. Great picture. You all have a great day and stay warm.

Brian you have a very impressive set of man whiskers…has anyone dared to measure the length of the longest one? speaking of whiskers my dad’s hobby is model trains.
Every Wed. he takes the trains he is working on over to a friend’s huge layout that Dad helped build. The friend is also in the CB radios so he put a matchbox Suburban on the layout but could not find exactly what he wanted for the CB antennae. Dad suggested a cat whisker. Lo and behold that day dad came home to find I had discarded an old whisker on the bed. So now that whisker is the CB antennae and has been there for several years. Every Wed. Dad tells me it is still holding up
    Hugs madi your bfff

Whoa! Those are the best whiskers EVER! I have a plan. Since you give the sisters Sister Saturday, I think they should give you one Wednesday a month to show your outstanding crop of whiskers.
