I need some help here. As most of you know, I mostly rescue and help find homes for kitties and we have a very good track record. Obviously, I’m not doing too good when it comes to helping two sweet doggies that really need my help.
Most of you will probably remember my rescue partner Jenna, who recently retired from pet rescue due to the health of her husband. I was contacted by Jenna, who was originally a dog rescue person, to see if I could help these precious souls. They were terribly abused, but are so loving and sweet. I posted about them over at ForeverHomeWanted.com and we’ve only had one nibble.
Here’s the original content:
We will transport them wherever they need to go.
Jessie and Pudy are two female Sussex/Cavalier King Charles spaniels that have been extremely abused during their six years of life. Believe me when I tell you that the details of their abuse is just too upsetting to repeat.
Jessie and Pudy weigh in at only 10 and 15 pounds, about the size of a kitty, and really no bigger. They are a beautiful auburn red color. They are extremely docile and just LOVE to be in your lap all of the time. They don’t bark and are really not yappers, even when the doorbell rings. They are housetrained to go outside but have not been trained to use pads and they are crate trained as well. Jessie and Pudy are highly intelligent pooches and pick up on their new surroundings very quickly and fit in very well in all situations.
Jessie and Pudy love children and other dogs. They have not been around kitties so we do not know, but assume given their temperament, they would do well with them. These girls will capture your heart and they are so enormously loving and forgiving.
They are both spayed, tested negative for heartworms, and are up-to-date on all shots. Their hearts are sound, which is good for cavaliers which can be prone to heart problems, and their teeth are amazingly beautiful.
We will transport them wherever they need to go.
So, for my doggie pals, I obviously am not sharing them in all the right places and perhaps you know where you could you share them so they can get a chance of going home. Cat friends, please share them too. We simply must find a wonderful home for them. They will love you forever and I will too!
Remember, adopt dogs, they deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Woof, Bark, Later!!!!!

What sweet, precious faces. We’re sending purrs they find a wonderful forever home very soon. We don’t do FB or Twitter or any other social media, so paws crossed the many who do will post/repost, etc.
They look so sad in their picture which is no surprise hearing how they were treated as puppies. We hope they will find a loving home together and find happiness.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Hey, I just read your story and it’s really heartbreaking… Do they still need a home? I’d love to help them, but I live in an appartement so I don’t have a garden, but I would be happy to take them for long trips. Could they be happy like that? If not I will ask around for other possible homes 🙂
xx Lynn
They are gorgeous! Maybe Lynn above will be able to take them! That would be great. I’m off to share just in case! Fingers crossed.
Jessie and Pudy look like very sweet dogs that seem very attached to each other. I will share their story and hopefully they will find a new home together.

I will share and tweet and put on Thursday blog post and Friday…also I will send this to a person, she was the one who saved me from being killed because she snatched me to foster and then took me to my rescue…anyway…she is very involved in dog rescue and especially smaller breeds. And, she has worked with Pilots N Paws. She may be able to share this in many other places. I am on this one Brian. Let’s get them a home!
Aw well they are precious! Will share. Good luck to them!
What beautiful little sweeties. Breaks my heart to hear they have been badly abused. If we didn’t have a houseful we would snap those little ones up in a minute. We sure hope that if a loving home has not already been found for them it will be very soon. Hugs and nose kisses

Oh I hope those two find a home. I will do something tomorrow about them. They sure look like really nice dogs. Dogs need homes as much as the kitties do. Sorry I am so late.
Hopefully these two deserving pups find a fantastic forever home.

What precious sweethearts they are and we pray that they will soon find the safe, loving forever home they so deserve.
What sweeties! Do you Facebook at all? If so, please share with my momma there (Sue Smith, Albuquerque) and I will spread the word through all of my rescue contacts. Of course, these girls must stay together and get the chance to live a life of safety, security, and love.
