Opt to Adopt: I can’t believe that Scuttles is still waiting to go home – Greenville, SC

Please help Scuttles find her home
It is so very hard for me to believe that dear sweet Scuttles is still waiting for her forever home.  What’s even harder to believe is that we’ve not even had one inquiry about her, not one!

I originally posted about Scuttles: HERE.

We have just got to help dear Scuttles get her forever home.  Consider this…Scuttles is staying in a cage in the barn at the farm where she wandered up as a feral.  She is not feral, she is very loving.  She cannot stay in that cage forever.  Once her 12 week cage rest is up, then what?  There are coyotes in the area, and lots of vehicle traffic.  The world is not safe for her there.

So please, please consider sharing her once again.  Thanks to all of you who have done so, but we’re simply not giving up.  Scuttles has fought so hard to get well, we cannot let her get hurt again, or worse.

I you can help Scuttles, please contact me at brian (at) brianshomeblog (dot) com. Transportation can be arranged.

Remember, adopt Scuttles, she deserve it!!!!!  More Forever Homes More Often!  Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

We are ramping up our purrs for that very special family to see this post and take Scuttles home. She deserves a good loving, indoor home after having fought so hard to get well.

  2. Sparkle

Poor Scuttles – she is gorgeous and sounds like such a nice kitty. How can she not already have a home lined up! I’ll Tweet about her again in the morning.

  3. Marg

Oh I wish we could take Scuttles. Does she get along with other cats?? We sure all have our paws crossed for Scuttles. Have a great day.

  4. Sue Brandes

I can’t believe no one has adopted her. She is beautiful. Hope she finds a forever home. I shared.

  5. Oui Oui

Our heart goes out to Skittles and we wish we could take her, but with Julie and MMM it just isn’t possible. The poor black cats, it’s hard enough to find a home and we do feel for them. We are purring hard for Skittle’s home!

Poor Scuttles! We are surprised nobody has inquired about her, too. We will tweet this post and hope and pray some wonderful human sees it and falls in love with hers!

  8. madi and mom

Oh no…I was sure she’d have a home. I wonder if it being summer and all folks are going on vacations etc and not thinking about new furbabes.
    Hugs madi and Mom

  9. Kitties Blue

Lily Olivia was hit by a car, resulting in several serious injuries, at four years old and is still going strong at 15. We suspect Scuttles will have a long happy life, and we are purring and praying that she will get a great new home. Our mom would snatch her up in a second. She loves black cats, but we won’t let her, especially Mauricio who demands so, so much attention. Wishing her all the best. XO, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

Utterly shocked & dismayed no one stepped up to adopt considering how much money was raised!
If I were close by she would have a home with me! She looks so much like my Silky-Auburn (from back in the 70’s). I am praying for her…..there has to be someone who will see ehr & fall in love!!!
Much love Sherri-Ellen & Nylablue xoxoxoxo

What’s wrong with those humans out there? Scuttles is so pretty and I bet she’s really sweet too.
She will get a home soon I just know it…

  12. IndulgedFurries

We are so hopeful that Scuttles finds a new home. She’s beautiful and being as sweet as she is, someone will be lucky to be her new caretaker. Paws crossed for Scuttles.

Oh this really just breaks our hearts, we just adore her and have such a soft spot for her in our hearts that if we could have more than 2 kitties, we would adopt her, we will pray that a loving, safe forever home comes forward to claim her very soon. Sending lots of love her way and continued healing purrs.

  14. Spitty the Kitty

We can’t has another kitty but if Scuttles needs a few more green papers to help with care or transit, I could go steal some from the Human’s purse. Let us know XOXOXOXO

I am so surprised that Scuddles hasn’t been adopted yet. I live in Pennsylvania with my two senior kitties, and Onyx, my male kitty could be Scuddles twin. They look so much a like. Although Onyx is much bigger. Please let me know if I can help in anyway and if Scuddles likes other cats. She is a beautiful girl. Not sure that I am the right fit for her, but I would love to help.
