Brian's Home. Adopt cats, we deserve it!
Hello everybody! Thanks so much for all the purrs, prayers and woofie love about my fur pulling, fur loss thing. I sure do appreciate all of the kind thoughts.  I’m still taking my medicine like a good girl and I think I am getting some better as I do pull out my furs less now than before.  So, we’ll say that’s a good thing and I’ll update you more if anything else changes.

Can you tell where I’m laying?  If you look real close you can see I’m laying on a step. And what’s that thing behind me?

Yes, this thing, right up here.  Maybe it would help if I zoomed the photo out a bit.

There, how’s that?  As you can see, I’m on the 5th step going upstairs and this is the Sister Precious gate.  I’m just laying here for a while inviting her to come down for a visit. I think it’s high time she came down here and practiced her polite with me.  I really do sit here lots and I really would like her to come down and visit me.  She comes down to this gate a lot, but usually when I’m not around.  Oh well, I’ll hang around for a while and see what happens.

I’ll see you next time friends!  Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!!  More Forever Homes More Often!  Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

Hi Zoey, sure glad to hear that you are losing a little less furs now. Maybe some day Precious will decide to join all of you. That sure would be fun. You all have a great Saturday.

Zow, that’s good that you take your meds, hope it will help you. You are a wonderful sister, it’s so nice to wait for your sister Precious and I’m sure once she will come to the gate to say hello to you :o)

Glad to hear you are making progress, Zoe! Someday, Precious will come down and mingle with the rest of you. I posted more hummingbird photos yesterday evening!

Glad you’re doing better. How sweet you’d like to visit your sister Precious. We have gates here to keep the dogs out of rooms. Ha! Marcus jumps right over them. And so do we cats.

So glad you are doing better with your fur pulling, Zoe. You are such a beautiful girl, it is a shame to mess with that. Maybe if you move down just one step, Precious would not view you as a possible threat and come down for a visit. Good luck with your “stake out.” We hope you can convince her to socialize. Hugs to all. XO, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

Zoe, you are beautiful and I am so glad you are doing better. And I am glad you are there inviting Sister Precious to come on down. High time she gives it a try and you are a beautiful Hostess.

Brain I had a cat years and years ago that did just what Zoe is doing,
it turned out she had a thyroid problem.
Thanks so so so much for your visits!!!

You’re being such a good sister to Precious, even though she may not fully appreciate it yet. Keep up the good work. And we’re glad that your furs are getting better.

Awww sweetie, so happy to hear you think the medicine is working. It must be miserable to want to pull out your bootiful furs. Hope you are all having a better weekend this time than last week.

We’re so happy the meds are helping with your fur pulling. You’re such a good sisfur to wait by the Sister Precious gate to invite her down to be with all of you. We hope she’ll accept your invitation soon. 🙂

I so wish Precious would at least try to be furrends with one of you. I’m sure your Dad has tried just letting one of you upstairs to snoop around and see what happens. I’m glad your fur pulling has lessens but am hoping for a cease fire.

This is interesting progress on all fronts. If Zoey isn’t already leaving scent mail on the gate, you could do it for her with a scent swap. I suspect she’s made the scent connection and I hope it’s mutual.

Oh, it is so good to hear that you are doing better, Zoe. Maybe if you call her sweetly, Miss Precious will come to visit with you.
