Hello everyone! It looks like I will have to take matters into my own paws and start doing the food shopping. Apparently Dad has been buying awfully small bags and cans of food because there is less going into my bowl. Oh yea, it’s that DIET thing, and yes, it is a four letter word.
Surely among all these ads will be some normal sized cat food for us normal sized cats. Hey, I think I’m normal size. I did try floating an idea, but it sort of sunk as quickly as I floated it. I suggested to Dad that if being on a diet was a good thing then maybe I should go on two or three of them. At least I would get enough to eat. For some reason he just smiled at me an went on with what he was doing.
I know, maybe I’ll see if I can get the iPad away from Brian and maybe I’ll be able to order take-out or something. Brian does tell me I will get used to it and that I can do it. Maybe I will order him a cheerleader outfit. Cute Brian, real cute. Seriously, it’s not that bad and I will keep telling myself that.
See you soon! Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
LOL Gracie we have visions now of Brian in a cheerleader’s outfit. BOL, BOL funny. Have a super Saturday.
Best wishes Molly
Poor Gracie, we feel your pain. No fun getting smaller helpings. Our Mom does that to us too. Hopefully you can sneak a treat or two every now and then. You all have a wonderful Saturday.
DIET ? What’s an evil thing ???
Is just a dream, Miss !
xox
that’s a good idea Gracie. but take a look on the date of the offers, not that they are still expired. My grannie made that bad experience and she ended with small bags of human food too, because she was to late for the bigger thingies :o) have a great caturday!
You are quite right, Gracie. We are normal size cats, and I shudder at even the thought of the “D” word!
Purrs,
Sei-Chan
We’re looking forward to seeing Brian the cheer leader!
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
What a great suggestion you had Gracie… can’t believe your Dad didn’t take you up on it!
Sister Gracie, if there is a Japanese restaurant in your area, maybe you could have some sashimi delivered. 🙂
Poor Gracie. I know just how you feel. The vet said I needed to lose some weight (*gasp*!) and now the mom isn’t feeding me quite as much, even though I demand food 10 times a day! I think we should go on a little shopping spree together!
Purrs,
Milita
Lmao Brian in a cheerleader outfit must be done. At least the crummy diet will give you some fun
Seeing Brian in a cheerleading outfit would definitely be a great incentive to lose some weight!
Gracie…you are just absolutely adorable we love seeing the Alex heart on your photo..and what a good shopper too.
Hugs madi your bfff
You need to talk to my cat bro Bert. He is on a permanent diet and has been for a few years. He can’t stand it either but he has slimmed down.
Mom has been telling Giulietta that she needs to go on a diet. She says that G’s excuse that it is all floof isn’t cutting it. Mom will be following your progress to see what she can do about G. No matter your weight, you certainly are a sweet and pretty girl. Hope you will join us tomorrow for our Sunday Selfies Blog Hop. XO, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
OH Gracie we also feel your pain. It’s not fun on the “D” word is it? Happy caturday! Maybe you can find some catnip mousies in your shopping!
Brian in a cheerleader outfit? This I’ve got to see. MOL!
Thank you for coming to my birthday pawty. (((Hugs)))

MOL… well I think it’s a pretty good idea Gracie 😉
My human calls me “food-motivated.” Which to me means I don’t get as much food as I want either!
Gracie! Yous has the stic-tuitiveness to does it!!!
Kisses
Nellie
Just think, if all goes well, you’ll ring in the new year all svelte and in good cheer!
OMG! a cheerleader outfit for Bryan? Gracie you are naughty and we love it!
We’re with you, you should be on 2 or 3 diets so you don’t starve. 🙂
And when you order that cheerleader’s outfit for Brian, be sure to let readers know. We don’t want to miss his debut.
Two or three diets sounds like a good idea. If they are all diets they must be good for you.
Every time Glogirly says that awful D word, I remind her how nutritious and low-cal my freeze dried salmon treats are. Sometimes I even have to open up the cupboard door to remind her. And if that doesn’t work, I bring out the heavy artillery – sad eyes.
; ) Katie
Thanks so much for visiting us while Glogirly’s been on vacation!
How are you doing beautiful girl? I am up to 12 pounds and I suspect that D word will be said to ME as well next weigh in. xoxox
Gracie, you are going to have to figure out a way to use your womanly wiles on Dad and Brian to figure out a way to get some extra foodables.:)
Happy weekend.
Woos – Phantom, Ciara, and Lightning
Gracie, I think you’re just the prettiest. I’m trying a diet (trying being the operative word) on Annie and Pierrot and they’re not happy! Pierrot has gained over one pound since being here, which has only been 2 1/2 months.
Oh Gracie, you’re right. Diet IS a 4-letter word. And not a good one.
Whoa! You’re pointing at the Bounty towels but talking about food with those sad eyes. If your Dad can get you some of that Hills Metabolic stuff that I wrote about earlier this year, you’d lose weight with normal portions or something like that.
Brian Brian, he’s our mancat! If he can’t do it, nobody can! MOL!
Gracie, we know that diet is not fun, but we know it’s because Mom and Dad love you and want you to be healthy.
Gracie, our kibble supply suddenly went away last week and we’re on wet fuuds only until CERTAIN of US slim down!
On an unrelated note, TJ says he’d love to see Brian in a cheerleader uniform…
Gracie hang in there.. Diets stink…. Your pal Lucy is on one too. She isn’t happy about it either!
Awww Gracie I´m sorry to hear that you are put on a DIET 🙁
XOXO
I know the evil D.I.E.T. stinks Gracie, but us girls need to worry about our health. I am right there with you on not loving it but doing it!
Mazie the Lab
