HAPPY DANCE! Say Goodbye to the Tigger Badge

Hello everyone and welcome to the Happy Dance!  Most of you are very observant, so I thought I’d tell you first paw what happened to the Tigger badge that has been displayed on each blog post for a very long time.  You might recall that our dear friend Savannah and her Mom Linda had taken up the Tigger cause, and we promised to help by keeping Tigger front and center every day until he found his home.

Tigger has been adopted!!!  Mom Linda and Savvy gave us the happy news just a bit ago. The news was announced on the ContraCost Humane Society Facebook Page. Savannah pledged to sponsor his adoption fee, and he also has a Savannahs Hope Chest to accompany him to his new digs. He will bring his own personal Mancat tower of power, medium height; one month supply of cat food and treats,  3-4 wand toy packages, a tunnel and a bag of his fave NIP, and a new Winnie’s Wish cat bed from Andrea over at Celestial Kitties.

Tigger, we are so happy you now your very own home and human lap!  We are happy to retire your Tigger badge pal.  Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!  More forever homes more often!!!  Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

Awesome to see so many involved in finding Tigger a home. He has a forever home with me and my son now. WE LOVE TIGGER! My 8 year old cat – not so much! Both prefer a warm comfy lap to any nuisance feline company. They’re a good match actually. It’s just a matter of establishing boundaries and personal space between the fur babies. A few hisses but no fur is flying. At night both kitties sleep with me, one on my right, one on my left.
