Okay friends, Tater and Turtle did not get the Merry Christmas they were praying for, so we are once again featuring them in hopes they can have a Happy New Year. We did have one offer to take them, but it was too far away (almost to the West Coast) for Tater who is still a wee bit nervous.
Here is the original information about them from our original post:
Our wonderful Vet, Dr Anderson, needs our help in a big way. She said that these two are attached very much to each other. My friend Jenna says she has worked with her with rescues for so many years and she has never ever heard her say this before, albeit maybe a time or two with kittens that are bonded to each other. A kitten rescue will take Tater Tot but not Turtle. So she is not wanting to have to make that decision to give up the kitten and her not have her Mama with her. They are both so very close. During this holiday time we pray someone will be willing to look into their hearts and give a home to this mother and child.
Please, please, please share them and let’s find them a Christmas Miracle.
Contact me, Brian at brian (at) brianshomeblog.com if you can help.

Aw, Tater’s really a Mama’s girl, isn’t she. I hope they’ll have a very special Happy New Year.
Oh, dear, so hope these two get a home – a good home together ASAP!
This makes us sad because 1) What kind of rescue would take one but not the other, we wonders… and 2) we live on the west coast, have nine kitties now, and can’t really fit any more… but if we could, we absolutely would because a kitten and its mama is the best combination of all! Sending our very best adoption hopes and purrs. C’mon, forever family! Step it up! Please!
We hope Tater and Turtle find a home together. We thought we had the only Tater Tot in the whole wide world and now we find out there is another.
