Hello everyone, it’s me Dolly reporting today from the top of the tall cat tree. I do like it here, especially since our tree got moved to a different spot across the living room.
Yes, it happened, the cat tree got moved. Usually we don’t like things being moved around, but this is an exception. The move made room for something very special and lots of fun, the Christmas Tree. We all really do love the Christmas Tree too.
We also love it when all those boxes of interesting goodies come out. There sure are lots of sparkly things in those boxes and most of them end up hanging on the tree. Some of you might find it interesting and some of you might find it hard to believe, but none of us mess with the Christmas Tree or anything hanging on it. Seriously, we’re all very good with the tree. Oh sure, there is the occasional tail bump that might knock some of those low hangers down, but it is quite by accident. We are just content to lay under the tree and enjoy it while it is here.
Some of the others have found that it is the purrfect hidey spot to avoid any medicines that come due since it is mighty difficult to get someone out from under there. But it really is the best napping spot. I’ve spent some time under there snoozing with Sister Sascha. Sascha loves, loves, loves the Christmas Tree and spends most of her time under it. She does get a little frustrated when Brother Brian gets to her favorite spot first.
Hopefully next week we will have some photos to share with you. In the meantime, I hope you all have a wonderful Saturday. I’m going to hop down and go under the tree for a while. See you soon!

Oh wow, that is EZACTLY why TBT told us he is gonna move OUR cat trees this week! We are allowin that, as we wanna see what a lighted tree is like.
Binga, Boodie and Sparkle never messed with the tree either, those years that my human pulled out the tree. We’ll see how I feel.
We don’t have our Christmas tree yet but #1 has promised to go out and order it today, for delivery next week. We are also pretty good at leaving the toys on it alone.

That is strange, my kitties love it when stuff comes and goes and gets moved around. They find it really interesting. I guess every family is different.

Hi Beautiful Dolly! That’s a great spy spot up in the tree – you can see all the crazy activity down on the ground without being IN it…..and it’s always warmer at the top of the room – an extra bonus!

What good cats you are to not mess with the tree! Ours prefer to just sleep under it too. I think they’re too lazy to climb it or cause any trouble. MOL! (I’d better watch what I say….our tree isn’t up yet)

Mum hangs unbreakables and bells down low on the tree for me to play with. She did it originally hoping it would stop me climbing the tree. Eric used to love to sleep under it. He practically lived there.
Do you know, Dolly, I don’t bother with the Christmas tree either, but have to say, it ain’t big enough to nap under!! 😉
We bet you and the others make very special additions to the pretty Christmas tree. Ciara keeps trying to touch some of the ornaments at the bottom of our tree – she thinks they are balls:)

Dolly, our mini cat tree got moved today to make room for the Christmas tree. We’re so excited to have the tree back though the mom says we’re not supposed to touch it. Pffffftttt! That’s what we say!
Glad you like the Christmas tree. I don’t bother ours either. Tomorrow the peeps get their real tree. That means a sticky kid in the house. Worse, today the rescue came and stoke one of my cat trees!!
