One of my favorite toys this year from Santa is the catnip balls. We got three of them, but the yellow and green one is my favorite. For some reason I like green things, put I’m pretty fond of pink too. Anyways, back to this ball. I do chase this one all around the house and I’m certain it’s because it has green on it. My T.G.I.F. for today is The Green Is Funner! MOL! Yes, funner is a real word, if it wasn’t I wouldn’t be able to use it.
Other than ball chasing, I do think I’ll spend the weekend trying to peel a nip nanner or three. You would think we could peel the covers off of those nanners but they are pretty stubborn about it. We won’t give up though, we’ll keep trying.
Do you have anything special going on this weekend? It’s been way to cold down this way so we’re all continuing on with our SnuggleFest. Oh, and Sister Dolly will be here tomorrow for Sister Saturday.
Have a fun weekend everyone and emember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

Mum is enjoying some summer sun after suffering an horrible autumn and winter. Its nice Brian you should all come and visit!!
I’m competing in a cat show this weekend! Paws crossed that I come home with some ribbons, although it sounds like it is going to be fun regardless.
What a great ball Santa brought for you!
It’s been so cold down in GA as well. We are planning SnuggleFest this weekend, too!
Good luck peeling nip nanner. I bet it’d taste good 🙂
I’m afraid I am going to have to help mommy with some projects. I better be compensated accordingly.
The Lucy
I can get cat bro Bert on a bus or something headed your way. He would have your ball wrecked and bananas peeled shortly after arriving at your house. Be happy you get to play with your toys for a long time before they are destroyed.
Brian, that sure looks like such a fun ball. Hope you can keep it in control. You all have great Friday and a better week end and for heavens sake, try to stay warm.Bet those feral cats are enjoying their nice little houses. Take care.
That’s a great pic of you with the lovely green ball, Brian!
We are planning on enjoying having #1 here with us this weekend because, next weekend, she will be in England!
Purrs,
The Chans
We like your green ball Brian and we find if we put just one claw in them no sibling can steal them as they’re attached to us!
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
I agree, that’s a toy for a champion :o) I’m afraid we all have to stay in bed on weekend, my staff is haunted by a pesky flu-gremlin :o(
The ball looks fun indeed, we aren’t prone to color though, more prone to well used toys
You look cute with your new ball, I like your TGIF 🙂 We are staying in and cuddling/playing all day-it is snowing here.
Oh I’ll be staying inside even though we’ve warmed up here to 32 from yesterday’s 8! Have fun with your favorite Santa toy – it’s good that we all have a “pal” like that to play with!
Hugs, Sammy
Green is Mom’s favorite color! Nothing going on here other than Mom has to read a book to review for Monday. Another “fun” weekend! MOL! Love, Cody
Oh, Brian, you are very intent with that green and yellow ball. Good luck trying to get the “skins” off the nip banners!
Love your expression in the photo, Brian. Hope you all have a great weekend! Nothing special going on here…too cold.
Love your catnip ball, Brian! Do you like green so much because you are Irish? MOL

Dip and Elliot x
We all have favorite colors here too.
Cats don’t actually perceive the color green or red as humans do. They see them as grayish yellow. They do see a yellow nip nana as is. Happy playing. Were staying in. It’s brrrr cold.
Oh Brian you look so cute looking lovingly at your ball. I’m pretty sure you get a good deal of play time with it. Buster likes “soccer” so maybe one day you both can play.
I have favorites ones too! xxoo Snuggly Sister Saturday perhaps!
We know you can see the color Brian…..good boy!
I prefer green too and I think it’s cos it’s one of the color cats “see” best. I love my green ball. I also love Yeowww! nip but never played with their balls. Heh heh. That sounds norty!
We hope to enjoy some good stritches and maybe a few treats and a warm lap!
Green is a very nice color Brian and I think it suits you well! It’s super cold here so I’m trying to not do much MOL… I do have to get some things ready for mom’s memorial service tomorrow though.
NUTTIN’ HERE BRAIN EXCEPT BEING GLAD THE NASTY COLD TEMPERATURES ARE GONE FOR NOW ANY WAY. OF COURSE THERE’LL BE SOME EATTIN’ AND SLEEPIN’ AND TRICKERY
HUGS MADI YOUR BFFF
We need a nip nanner! Grizelda likes green, too. Chloe Jo likes orange, and Maggie likes pink. That ball does look fun! ~xo~
Sounds like snuggling is the way to go when its so cold. That rather good ball you got is also another way to keep warm by wapping it around. Enjoy
Aaaaaw Brian yous look so cute. It’s gunna keep bein’ cold this weekend, so all weez got planned is a cuddle and snuggle wiff mommy. Hav fun playin’ wiff yous ball.

That is a nice ball Brian. Green toys are my favourites too.
That does looks like a funtastic toy! Has yous been sharing it with your sisters?

Nellie
Brian, you kinda look as though that ball has gotten the better of you! Give it one more, final whack. That should dedded it for good! 🙂 We are going to take it easy this weekend. Maybe watch the dogs get a bath. That is always good fun! 🙂
the critters in the cottage xo
What a fun toy! I didn’t know that kitties could see color but it sure sounds like you can!!!!
I just read that cats can’t see green, so I wonder what you’re really seeing with that green ball. Nothing special planned for me this weekend. I’m sure the sucky monster will make an appearance but hopefully it won’t disturb my naps.
hee hee! you look very intent on your green and yellow ball, Brian! that looks like a fun toy. green is a favorite color with us too, especially with Pip. the package of cat gambling dice we got for Christmas said that green and purple (and maybe yellow too, we can’t remember) were colors us kitties could see. Enjoy your weekend!
Pip, Smidgen, Minnie, Hollie
That is is nice size nip ball Brian. We love those nip nanners too! We might get some sun this week-end. Hope so!
The humans are abandoning us for about 28 hours so Dad can go to his monthly board meeting and Mom can visit her friend. We’ ll be snuggling together to stay warm and trying to think of what kind of mischief we can get up to. XOCK, Kitties Blue
