One of the things that’s been kind of fun around here is chasing the toys that escape from our toy basket. Of course you never quite know when they’re going to make a break for it. Sometimes the little mice escape, sometimes the pipe cleaners escape, sometimes balls, and sometime it’s the silvervine pillows. But with those nip nanners escape, watch out!
We usually take turns. Turns for what? Well, someone has to gather up those toys and get them back where they belong. This week it was Sister Gracie’s turn. So, my T.G.I.F. for today is Toy Gathering Includes Fruit!
You can see that Sister Gracie managed to capture all three of our nip nanners. She is actually a very good toy gatherer and not much gets past her.

You guys are so neat… Lucy never gathers her toys… She travels with one or two but the only time the toys get gathered for real is if she has one of her servants handle the task…

Mum does our toy collecting and we make sure she has to get flat on the floor to reach those hard to get at toys and it encourages her to take some exercise.

My kitties only have one toy and it is cat bro Bert’s tiger tail. He carries it all around the house and makes all kinds of funny noises.
