Mancat Monday: I Feel a Busy Week Coming On

Brian's Home. Adopt cats, we deserve it!
It’s hard to believe, but June is almost over and July will be starting soon. Actually, July starts on Wednesday.  Wednesday is a special day since I usually feature my beautiful sisters on Womancat Cat Wednesday.  This Wednesday though, I’ll just be featuring one sister, since it’s her Gotcha Day.  Who?  Come by on Wednesday and find out!

Then there’s a holiday coming up on Saturday here in the United States.  It’s our Independence Day, the 4th of July, also known as one of the noisiest nights with fireworks going off in our neighborhood until wee hours of the morning.  Yikes!  I don’t think any of us are fans of those loud boomy things.

Now, I thought I’d give you a quick health update on us.  First, I’m not about to jinx myself, so let’s just say since May 17th I have nothing to report.  Sister Sascha is doing fine, Gracie is a-Okay as well and has not had any asthma attacks..  Zoe is doing terrific and is now up to 9.7 pounds. Dolly is terrific.  Precious is still eating well and outwardly appears to be on the mend.  Dad still needs to schedule the Internal Medicine visit for the ultrasound and liver biopsy though.  Kit is doing great as well.

So, that’s it gang, a busy week coming up.  Hey, have a fun week and watch out for things that go boom in the night!  Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!!  More Forever Homes More Often!  Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

We were smiling by the end of your report Brian and loved reading about your sisters being healthy too. It must be great for your Dad and Mom to not keep going back and forward to the vet too.

Wishing good health to all of you! Hope the boomy things don’t upset you. We may not have any boomy things this week, because there is at least a 30% chance of rain all week. In fact, it is raining even as I type!

Its a holiday, Canada Day – Wednesday here in Canada. Wes looking forward to that! And then (because wes only about 60 yards north of the border) wes won’t see or hear fireworks on July 4th, because we is a remote area both in Canada and the US-and there is fire bans on because of the extreme heat, but wes will hear lots of rifle fire.
Mes so furry happy that peoples is feeling fabulishious at your house and wes can’t wait to celebrate your sister’s gottcha day!
Stay well, and lots of kisses

We are happy to say good-bye to a very wet June. Just hoping July won’t be too hot. It sounds like you have lots of things planned, Brian. Mom always says being busy is a good thing:) The health report sounds pretty darn good to us too. All paws crossed it stays that way or even gets better.

We’re glad to hear that Precious seems to be on the mend. We’re hoping she continues to improve. It sounds like the rest of you are doing all right, too…. it’s about time your humans caught a little break!

Good to hear, all of your updates! We hope the boomies don’t get too wild in your neighborhood this year. In our neighborhood, silly people have already started to make noise so we hide under the bed with our mom who reads stories to us.

  15. Georgia and Julie

Keeping my ppaws crossed that all stays well in the Frum household well into July, etc. Around here the fireworks are endless cos they’re always celebrating something in NYC. The other night, though, is was close to here and I jumped just a little. They’ve been celebrating gay marriage all weekend.

  19. FiveSibesMom

You’re looking quite handsome there! While we hate to say buh-bye to June as it seems to make the summer go by so fast…it’s been so wet and damp here, it has not really felt like a summer month any how. Of course our FiveSibes don’t seem to mind the cooler temps – more time out on the deck instead of in the A/C! So happy to hear the good report on all…here’s to July being a very happy, healthy (non-rainy) month!

Ooooooo…a special Gotcha Day! We know it will be a special one! 🙂
