In case you were wondering, the flea treatment ordeal is over and I’m no longer mad at the Dad. We actually made up within hours of the chase. Rumor has it there will be another chase next month though.
In case you were wondering, I’ve nothing to report on the Pee Wars. So as not to jinx myself, you can take a few of these lines and read between them.
In case you were wondering, Sister Zoe is still doing great. She now weights 9.9 pounds, up from 7.2 pounds when she was so sick.
In case you were wondering, we’ve still got 4-6 ferals to TNR and we’re still working on it. Our little feral Zelda was injured, she has a very bad wound on her neck in the throat area. We can’t catch her and she refuses to eat anything with antibiotics in it. She does appear to be healing though.
In case you were wondering, yes, I’m wide awake in this photo but am now ready for nap. Catch y’all later!
Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
Those feral kitties can be hard to care for – so elusive, and they need humans more than they realize. <3
So glad you made up with your dad! It’s hard staying mad at the food openers and litter box cleaners.
great update! So happy everything is working out!
Brian I cross my paws for Zelda and I hope the wounds will heal up soon without any complications. It’s great to hear that the front of the pee wars is silent…
Brian, so glad you and the Dad made up. That flea stuff is awful.
Our feral cats used to get just horrible sores on them and I couldn’t get them to the vet either but they all healed up just fine as long as they keep licking the wound and keeping it open. You all have a super day.
Sooooo nice to start the week with GREAT news! Hoping little Zelda heals well on her own, sounds as if she will!
We are so sorry Zelda is injured we are sending her healing purrs, and we has our paws crossed that maybe one day you can catch her.
Scylla is wearing the Seresto Collar now for fleas and it seems to be working great and she likes it a lot more than having Revolution applied every month.
Glad everyone else is doing well. <3 to all of you.
Thanks for the update! Good news all around, except for poor little Zelda. Hope she heals up nicely! Have a great week, Brian and family!!!
Thanks for bringing us up to date Brian. We hope that Zelda will soon start to heal up.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Hopefully your Zelda is able to heal. Glad everyone inside is doing great and happy once more.
Our kitties make up with us soon after we have to take them to the vet.
Glad to hear the good news about Sister Zoe!
Hope poor little Zelda heals soon.
Keep on keepin’ on, Brian!

In case you were wondering I’m happy you’re doing well Brian and that everyone else is as well……….happy to hear Zelda is healing from her “whatever” wound……sending hugs your way too!
Hugs, Sammy
Brian, that is all good news to us, except for your feral kitty of course. Just knowing you and your sisters are holding their own with health problems is music to our ears and whiskers too. Now if everyone will stay that way!
We were wondering and happy to hear all your news. love this picture!
Great update ! We’re sorry for Zelda, we hope she’s healing well without your help. Purrs
In case you were wondering, we loved seeing all your news. Hope that little one can get snagged and take her meds. Poor little one.
Happy Monday – we are melting here.
Woos – Ciara and Lightning
I’m glad to hear that you made up with your dad, Brian. Those chases can be annoying, but I know your dad loves you very much. I’m also glad to hear that Sister Zoe is gaining weight like she should be. Hopefully, you will be able to convince Zelda to take a trip to the doctor. It sounds like she needs a little TLC to go with her TNR.
I am glad that everything is going well. I hope Zelda heals well too.
You wouldn’t want to stay awake too long! My kitties get mad every two weeks when they get their claws trimmed, but they don’t hold a grudge long either.

Poor little Zelda! Purring she starts to accept help….
Thank you for covering all those things we were wondering about!
We’re purring that Zelda heals up quickly. It’s hard when their sense of self-preservation is so strong that they can’t let you help.
I love your….”in case you were wondering”, because I was. thanks
Looking very handsome, Brian. I’m glad Zelda is healing on her own. There’s nothing worse than seeing a sick animal and not being able to help them.
Hooray for a peaceful healthy house full of cats!
xxoo
I am glad you and Zoe are doing well. I will add Zelda to my prayer list.
Whoa! You’re on high alert like there’s flea stuff coming your way! Thanks for the updates. I hope Zelda gets better on her own.
We understand Brian! That is a lot of news to cover! Enjoy your well deserved nap 🙂
