Howdy everyone, I hope you had a very nice weekend, we sure did. It was bright and sunny and there was an abundance of sunpuddles. You can see the sunshine beaming down in our backyard.
Right now I’m on the seat by the window in the big bedroom. Right down below me is where feral Zelda and her kittens hang out. I can sit here and watch them as they romp and play and try to figure out things in their surroundings. Sweet Zelda is doing a really great job at being a Mom, she watches over them while they are playing and she is teaching them new things every day.
Sometimes they go running up on the deck at play in the feral house. I sure am glad they found the house because when winter gets here the house is heated so they will have a place to keep warm. The other ferals have been gone again, but they are all mostly back…again. They must be getting fed somewhere else, we just don’t know where. It does seem like they disappear during the week and come back on the weekends.
That’s it from my world today. I hope your world is peaceful and filled with happiness! Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
Your ferals are very mysterious! I wonder where they go.
Pretty cool TV shows, Handsome Brain !
Me always purrs for them to have a good home too.
Miss You, Buddy

Some of the ferals here go off too. It is so frustrating to know where they go. They might just be out hunting some food. Not that they don’t get enough at your house. But the thrill of a good hunt is a big draw for the outside cats. It is just in their nature to want to hunt. You all have a great day.
We too had lots and lots of sunpddles this weekend. And the forecast is for a lot of sunshine over the next week. Yay!
Your ferals really do lead the luxury life with that heated house in the winter! #1 is trying to figure how to make a comfortable nest out of the cold for The Traveller for the winter.
Purrs,
The Chans
Those ferals are so lucky to have your family to care for them!
Have a great week.
Hmmm….disappearing during the week and they come back on the weekend? Maybe they have a job? 😉
xoxo
We had sun puddles all weekend but today it was raining when we got up and it’s still pouring down now.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Maybe those other ferals are getting fed and sheltered somewhere else – and visit you on the weekends because that other place is closed or something? It’s very mysterious
We love hearing about all of the wonderful things you guys do for the feral kitties in your neighborhood. It inspires us to do the same! We hope that one day we get the opportunity to care for feral kitties.
We seldom see any other cats outside, and we think those are probably not feral. We agree with the others that your ferals are very lucky to have a safe place to stay at your house.
Those ferals are very lucky to have a warm and snug place for when the cold weather comes.
The Florida Furkids
I wonder where they go, someone else must feed them.
The ferals sure must be fun to watch. Who knows where some go though, as they sure have strange habits sometimes
Glad you are keeping an eye on your sweet ferals, Brian!
You’re keeping a good eye or two on those ferals Brian.
You are so wonderful to take such good care of feral kitties. I wonder where they go during the week. They sure are mysterious 🙂
We bet it is fun watching the feral kitties play outside. We are so glad that they have a heated home for the winter – that is so nice of your mom and dad to provide the ferals with!
Brian filhotes são muito divertidos para se observar, fico contente que eles
descobriram a casa para se aquecer no inverno.
Oh por favor mande um pouco de sol para nós. hehehehe
How wonderful that the ferals have a heated home to go to when the cold weather comes. Thank you for everything you do to the feral community. Mom loves feral cats.
OHHHH THIS PHRASE CAUGHT MY EYE “abundance of sunpuddles”
that is my kinda day.
PS heads up: mom found a colony of well behaved feral cats on her vacay

Have a delicious week!!!
We saw a cat sitting on our fence a couple of days ago that we’d never seen before. We think was there because Dad was grilling. We don’t think it’s feral. It must be fun to have other kitties to watch. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
It looks like you are enjoying the abundance of sunpuddles very much 🙂 xxxx
It’s so cool that you can watch Zelda and her kits from your window!
We just read about heated houses at Sammy’s. YOu are all so good to do that for the ferals. We bet you have fun watching all the activity out there. Enjoy.
Woos – Ciara and Lightning
I guess you’re their weekend retreat. MOL! TW is upset cos when she came home on Friday she saw a mom and son staring into the bushes. The son said something and mom said that’s a baby one. Sonny replied “meow.” That means there’s still an unfixed lady cat around these parts. TW looked and looked but the kitty had disappeared. BTW, you look extra handsom today.
How wonderful that you can watch the kittens playing and growing like that! That is very special Cat TV.
I’m glad those kittens found your place too Brian. I hope they stick around for Winter because that heated feral house sounds cozy!
You are lucky to get such a good view of Zelda and her kittens playing in the sun, and they are lucky to have your family care for them.
Thank you Brian. You do a real good job keeping tabs on the fearless and reporting what you see. I think a part time reporter job may be in your future LOL
We are glad Zelda is a good Mom, we sure wish Yin and Yang’s Mother had taken better care of them. But they are slowly getting healthy and they LOVE, LOVE, LOVE people. And even Scylla is starting to like them. She went played with them yesterday. She hissed and growled the entire time, but we think they had fun playing with Scylla’s tail.
Brian, wherever your feral friends go, we just hope they stay safe and they’ll turn up at your place to “check in” 🙂 It is nice that Zelda is taking such good care of her kittens. say, your feral cat channel brings a whole new concept to kitty TV 🙂
pip, smidgen, minnie, hollie
I wonder if they visit a business. I have known businesses to adopt strays during open time, but when they closed, the strays went without or foraged. You are blessings to them.
Sounds like you enjoy watching the ferals play in your yard. They’re lucky to have your family looking out for them and making sure they’ll have a safe, warm home for winter.
The ferals make for great Cat TV, don’t they, Brian? We’re glad you take such good care of them.
What a handsome pose you strike! Your feral so are so lucky to have you and your family to watch over them, even if they don’t show up everyday. All Ferals should be so lucky.
We’re thinking either somebody else is feeding them, or they have a teleportation tunnel that they use every now and then! 🙂
