A Working Sister Saturday with Sister Sascha

Oh, hello everyone, sorry, I was doing a bit of work here.  That’s not funny Brian, I really am working.  I’m helping change the stuff on the big bed.  I’m very good at it too and I’ve had a lot of practice.  This is a weekly thing for me and although some of the others like to help too, I’m really the best at being helpful.

I must confess though, there is a little hidden agenda going on here.  On the weekends Dad often lays down and takes a nap in the afternoon.  I so look forward to that and join him on the big bed.  So it’s very important that I make sure that everything is done just right. Actually, most of us pile on the big bed with Dad, but I’m usually the first.  Sometimes if Dad is slow I just go ahead and start without him.

There’s not much else going on around these parts, except is sure has gotten colder here. Maybe it’s  a good thing that I don’t have my lion cut yet!  Nothing like having some furs to keep you warm.

Have a fun Saturday everyone and remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!!  More Forever Homes More Often!  Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

So nice of you to get the bed all prepared for Dad (and you!) when it’s time for that daily nap!

Sorry, but I had to howl thinking about cats and work in the same sentence. I think the hardest job my cats do is napping when it is noisy in the house! Enjoy your snooze later.

I’m sure you are very good at helping change the bed, Sister Sascha. Our Gracie and Millie also like to help me put clean sheets on the bed, although always one or the other. 🙂

We love how you sometimes start the nap without Dad Terry. Our mom also occasionally naps in the afternoon and may be joined by C.J. or Fiona. C.J. usually gets there first as she naps on the big bed most afternoons! Enjoy your snooze. You are looking exceptionally beautiful today, Sascha. You have a very important job sasha – probably the most important in the entire house. Beds always need remaking and are never exactly right. Your’s looks really close to being right tho. It’s nice you and your siblings help Dad nap – that is another important job., I do the same here with M & D – they need so much help that it’s a tough job for me to handle alone. You are lucky you have help.

It is hard work changing the bedding. Brian obviously doesn’t realise how hard you are working. You have earned your nap time on the bed with your dad.

We like how you sometimes start the nap before your dad gets there, Sascha. You’re warming up the bed for him. 🙂

Now you are a good kitty, Sascha! Hard working and ready for a cuddly snooze, with or without your dad. Stay warm.

If only we could convince the peeps here that they need our help with the beds – how we would love to take a nap on the big bed:) It is cold here too, but you know we double coated furballs love the cold!!!

Happy weekend.
