Hey, don’t worry if you don’t see us around much today, all is fine. Dad found a busy and he is taking care of it.
I must admit, most of us here are never ready for BurrHumbug Season. It’s cold, and we just don’t like it. We don’t like what our feral friends have to put up with this time of the year either. We live in the South and it’s supposed to be warm. Guess that’s just another urban legend.
Anyways, we have warm and we’re most thankful for that. There are those vent things than blow the warm air out n’ about and the rug here is nice and toasty warm. It’s warm in the big bed, and it’s warm in the cat trees. Upstairs in the Sister Precious suite it’s nice and warm for her too.
Oh, I really should mention one thing that helps, we’re so very loved. Love always warms the heart and we’re so thankful for that too. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

Yep, it’s supposed to be warm here in southern California too – and the only reason it is right now (at night at least) is because the heater is on! I worry about the ferals in there area too.
It was supposed to be warmer here today but as usual the weather man got it wrong – again!
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
You can have some of our warm. The cold hasn’t gotten here yet, and everybody’s complaining about it being 88 degrees in late November. Really, we cats are OK with it, but we know we should share our warm with the rest of you.
Kitties do like to be toasty warm. My sisters and I are looking forward to the cold and snow, but we also like to be nice and warm in the house after playing around outside.
Hope you all made it through the storms all right. Hope the Dad’s busy isn’t too bad. You all have a great day.
yes, that’s happiness :o) Lets purr and bark that the bad weather goes away soon :O)
Nothing like a warm comfy spot when it starts to get cold.
Lots to be thankful for Brian 🙂
Hoping all is ok and that it is a GOOD “busy!”
xoxo
We hate the cold too, but with heat included in rent we can jack it up as high as we like haha
We are with you, Brian — we hate the cold! But having a warm house and a warm family with lots of love sure does help a lot!
What wonderful things to be thankful for. We’re getting colder up here too, but there are nice sun puddles coming in my window right now.
Isso é muito aconchegante!
You have such a big heart Brian always thinking of less fortunate ferals and strays.

We too are lucky in having all of the above, although it has hardly been cold so far this autumn. But we hear there may be colder weather on the way.
Purrs,
The Chans
Hope Dad gets his “busy” done. Our Mom always seems to be busy. Now it is time to get ready for Turkey Day and then all the fun for Christmas begins.
We too are very thankful for our warm home. We are also thankful for peeps like yours who do so much for the ferals.
Woos – Ciara and Lightning
We have had it mild and very wet for ages, but it is forecast to be much colder at the weekend.
Precious must be nice and warm since heat rises. I feel warm and loved every time I visit here.
I’m not sure which I prefer more, the warm vents or love. I think it just depends on my mood. But I’m glad I have both to choose from.
We were having some pretty nice weather for this time of year, Brian, until today. It’s gotten colder…and we hear they’re talking the S word for this weekend. Yuck.
you sure look mighty relaxed there, Brian! you must be near one of your warm air blowy vents 🙂 we don’t like the cold either and we are thankful for our mom’s lap (she is thankful for us lap warmers too 🙂 ) our hearts and purrs go out to your and all of the ferals out there during the cold season. Thank you for the purrs and condolences for our doggy bro.

Very sweet sentiments and an adorable photo, Brian. It got to 73 degrees here today, and Mom went swimming. Looking at the weather report for the next week, that’s the end of the warm days. Stay snuggly. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
Brian, your conscience about your ferals should shine bright and clear, you do them prud with food and shelter. Many a feral would trek a long way for a Frum welcome.
Now I have that song (related to the title) stuck in my head. Probably for the rest of the day…
We agree Brian!
The cold is horrible but your rug looks snug and warm 🙂

The weather is crazy odd for almost Thanksgiving – 50’s considering a few years ago we had a blizzard on Halloween.
Stay warm kitties.
Love does warm the heart.. you are right about that
PepiSmartDog: oh Brian we have the total opposite – we are too hot. Your new rug sure looks comfy though. :=o)
Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. We always love reading your posts and hope to see you again this week.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. ((((HUGS))) xoxo :=o)
Millie spends a lot of time under the “purr pad” in the winter. 🙂 Stay warm, kitties!
