Okay Friday, the last time you were here you brought a whole big load of fireworks with you. We would all be pleased if you left those things behind from now on. Yes, we know that might be wishful thinking since we live in the South. Let’s just say it’s on our bucket list…a big bucket filled with water!
Anyways, those loud boomers kept us up late and we got kind of tired. Just to prove it, Sister Dolly has our T.G.I.F. today, which is Tired Girl Isn’t Fauceting!
Sister Dolly doesn’t actually curl up in the bathroom sink very often, but when she does she is glad the faucet thingy isn’t turned on. She can be a cute little sinker at times!
Hey, have a fun Friday everyone. Sister Sascha will be here tomorrow for Sister Saturday. She said it was her turn to poke fun at me. I’m not sure about that, but I don’t like being poked!

We’re sorry the boomers upset you so much, you need to put up signs for a boomer free zone! Around here they caused a few concerned looks and some airplane ears, but then they saw that the humans just kissed and went back to their movie, so everyone settled back down to their naps, albeit not so close to the windows for a while..

We are thankful that we didn’t get any fireworks over Christmas and the New Year and that was because it was raining more or less non stop!!

Mom had two cats years ago that used to curl up together in the bathroom sink and nap all the time. Kitties can be strange!

Dolly, you are so adorable here. Mom says some of her favorite photos are of kitties snuggled in a sink. This morning Astrid was in the kitchen sink trying to get the last remnants of stinky goodness out of the can before Mom rinsed it and put it in recycle. Mom needed to turn the faucet on and planned to swing it over the other sink before she did. But instead she just turned it on, and Astrid got a nice shower. MOL! We had those same annoying fireworks here last Friday too. Luckily Ciara was inside when they started or she would have panicked. Mom is hoping her meds helped keep her calm, although she has been a bit “off” this week.
We have never been able to figure out why cats like to sleep in sinks, but if it suits her fancy, then why not?
