Brian's Home. Adopt cats, we deserve it!
Hello everyone, I hope y’all had a nice weekend and enjoyed the big game. Purrsonally the Kitten Bowl was a bit of a favorite around here.  As you can see, I thought I’d start off with a little paw action today, a little bit of the front paw and a little bit of the rear paw.  This cat tree kitty cup is sure comfy not matter what position you choose.

Anyways, it’s still been cold down here, darn cold actually, but the ferals seem to be doing okay.  Actually, there are a couple of new ferals hanging about, 2 younger black kitties, which were here for a while when they were kittens and then they went off to who-knows-where.  There has also been an orange one coming to eat late in the evening.  Then yesterday we saw a mostly while one with some big black patches.  Our feral gang kept trying to run it off, but it was hungry so it kept coming back.  It did finally get a good bit to eat.

Then, I want to thank all of you for the nice comments and well wishes for Sister Precious, she appreciates them too.  We want to send a special thank you to Ann from Zoolatry for the most wonderful graphic.

Brian's Home. Adopt cats, we deserve it!

Sister Precious is quite a fighter and she isn’t ready to give up yet.  She wanted y’all to know that.  She thought it was important to give you a heads up as to what’s going on so we wouldn’t catch you off guard.  Anyways, we appreciate all of you being there for her.

Lastly today, our ForeverHomeWanted.com is still down and is a real mess.  When we upgraded to the latest version of WordPress something happened only to that site.  It has so many errors it won’t even load.  It will likely take us a couple more weeks to get it back to where it is functional.  We hate to give it up so we’re plugging away at trying to fix it.

That’s it from here, y’all have fun. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!!  More Forever Homes More Often!  Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

I always wonder about your ferals when the weather is cold in your area. I’m glad they’re doing okay – and Precious is hanging in there too!

  2. Marg

I am worried about my outside cats here too this week. It is supposed to get really cold. Just got to give them lots of food.
Glad Precious is doing all right. We sure send her lots of purrs to hang in there. You all have a good day.

I cross my paws for all the feral kitties … hope you get warmer temperatures soon…. and I still cross my paws for your sis, Brian… she is a strong girl and not ready to give up :o)

What a great photo of you today! We hate running any updates as there is always the risk of problems. Such a bummer with your site. Hope you can get it going again soon.

    Hello friends…
It is a mite chilly here today too. If we still had a pumpkin there would be frost on it.
Precious remember you are surrounded by loving friends
    Hugs madi your bfff

Glad the ferals are still making their way to the “buffet”………we have our usual ONE who visits regularly! In our neighborhood there just aren’t a lot of homeless kitties and I’m happy about that but they sure know where to come for a meal or a warm house – in fact some of the kitties we KNOW have homes STILL come here for a snack or nap. Sammy’s Day Spa is always open!

We continue to purr and pray for Sister Precious – STAY STRONG GIRL!

    Love, Sammy

We are sending lots of purrs and prayers for Sister Precious and hope she starts to feel a little better. It is very cold and rather damp here today but fortunately for us there are no homeless cats for us to worry about.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx

Brian, Tama-Chan would like you to know that she is totally in awe of that dangle. You rock!

We will keep Precious in our thoughts. May she fight on to be with us for much longer.

    Purrs,
    The Chans

Regarding the weather, we are supposed to have colder weather soon, but no sub-zero temperatures are forecast. If that keeps up (knock on wood), we will make it through a whole winter with no sub-zero temperatures.

We are not aware of any homeless kitties in our neighborhood. The dark brown fluffy kitty who came up to our patio door a couple of times some days ago looks like he/she has a home.

We will all keep sending good thoughts for Sister Precious.

  10. Four Crazy Cats

Sending purrs to Precious. Getting old is no fun, but we know you have had a great life and hope you will stick around for a long time to come.

It’s darn cold here too and will be even colder next weekend. TW usually only sees one of the Park Cats when it’s cold out and now that they’re renovating the park she’s lucky if one comes out. Love your paw pic. Precious, keep up the good fight.

You look great Brian. I will be praying for your ferals and I will keep praying for Precious ( and I always pray for you to not have any pee wars too).

  17. Kitties Blue

Brian, you are too, too cute sleeping with paws “hanging out.” Mom never updates WordPress until they force her as it seems something always gets messed up. Good luck fixing things. Sending more purrs and prayers to precious. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

  18. The OP Pack

That is some mighty fine paw action, Brian. It is cold and windy here too. We don’t mind the cold but that wind is brutal. We hope Sister Precious is doing much better soon.

That’s a great photograph, Brian. It’s a tough time of the year to be living outside, but the ferals are fortunate to have you all watching over them.
