Mancat Monday: Okay Groundhog, You Can Call Out Spring Now

Brian's Home. Adopt cats, we deserve it! Okay, earlier this month Phil came out and said we were going to have an early Spring.  I’m starting to think that Phil the Groundhog went to the same Weather Guesser School at our TV Weather Guessers.  We’ve had the coldest weather of our Winter so far and today is another sleet, freezing rain, snow and pouring rain day here in the wonderful sunny South. DANG!

In other news, MOL, we did finally get our other blog, ForeverHomeWanted.com, back up and running.  It sure was a challenge and my paws are a bit tired.  When we did the last WordPress upgrade, this site went nuts and was totally unaccessible.  It was really strange because our 2 other blogs were totally unaffected.  We went with a brand new look over there too since all attempts to use our original theme failed and regenerated the same errors.  Oh a positive note, we sure learned a lot more about WordPress during this process and yes, fortunately, we back up on a very regular basis.

I did want to let you know that Sister Precious is still hanging in there, eating well, and Dad says she seems a bit stronger.  All your purrs and prayers are helping her out, so please keep sending them.  Sister Precious will be filling a request from The Stunning Keisha on Wednesday.  Oh, Sisters Gracie and Zoe said thanks for all the wonderful Gotcha Day wishes, they enjoyed them all.

Last, but certainly not least, is a continuation of Valentines Day.  My email ate Sister Sascha’s Valentine from her dear Dante from Wendy’s 3-D Cats.  Sorry Sis, I didn’t know.  Fortunately your handsome dude made sure it came your way.

Dante and Sascha Valentines Day 2016

We are so glad that we’re able to comment over at Wendy’s 3-D Cats again, the crew is always amazing over there.  Hopefully Sister Sascha will not be mad at me anymore.

Have a fun week everyone and remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!!  More Forever Homes More Often!  Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

I’m glad to hear that all the purrs we are sending are helping Precious! What a pain it must have been getting your other blog to work again. Seriously, my human really does cringe every time there’s a WP update and she pushes the button! At least the theme I currently have came from a large and popular WordPress community, so they are motivated to make sure it works with the updates.

Glad to hear that you fixed the internet problems and that Sister Precious is doing okay. No wonder you look tired! 🙂

Spring may just be starting this week, if weather forecasts actually happen. Since you live in the Sunny South, spring must be there already…right? 🙂

Fico contente que Precious está melhor, ela é realmente uma lutadora, as coisas só ficam mais lentas quando se tem 14 anos. Estamos enviando muitos ronronas para Precious.

Yeah, you never can trust those groundhogs. They’re close pals with the weasels, you know. Yup, it’s true. I would heard tell of a groundhog who was made an honorary member of the Weasel Syndicate and everything. MOUSES!

We could so with a little spring weather too. It has rained so much this past week that we may be in danger of drowning in the cat run!

We’re so glad Sister precious is hanging in there!

I think we need other weather girls, the rodents don’t work in this Country either. Today we have snow again and -5 degrees and a few days ago it looked like Spring sprung…Never know what is next 😀

There are few things that are more exasperating than computer related issues including those on the internets! We are glad your site is working well now. I bet you are an expert in WP now!
Keeping Sister Precious in our purrs.

Brian, please send some of your winter our way. It’s nearly 70 degrees here and our windows are open. I’m not complaining about that, but we’re so desperately in need of water out west that an early spring is the last thing we need.

We did a simple plug in update the other day and our site went down completely. Luckily we reversed it and deleted the plug in and things went back up. We never like any kind of updates as they are simply scary!

We got about 4 inches of snow today, and it was -7 degrees yesterday. Tomorrow is supposed to be 54 degrees, though … such strange weather!
