Mancat Monday: This Was Our Weekend

Brian's Home. Adopt cats, we deserve it! We did a lot of this over the weekend, well, except for celebrating Sister Sascha’s Gotcha Day yesterday.  We did a lot of this because of Hurricane Matthew. Oh, we were fine here in the Upstate of South Carolina, it was just super cloudy and windy.

We’re glad our pals are safe, at least we think we’ve heard from most of them.  When we were watching the weather radar the big bands of storms were just to the East of us, and we were out of the storm by about 20 miles or so.

Now, it’s back to amusement park weather, it’s going to be lots cooler, then warmer and then cooler again.  Yep, it’s roller coaster weather!!!  Before you know it Dad will have to be plugging in the heated feral house.  Brrrrr Humbug does come to mind!

Have a fun week everyone!  Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!!  More Forever Homes More Often!  Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

We did the same are so glad that we are safe too. We do feel for all of our friends that are doing all right. It was very scary for all of them and some of them came up to this area with their horses and dogs and cats.
You all have a great day.

We did lots of that this weekend, too, but my sleep kept being interrupted by the Mom’s friend carrying me here and there so I could keep the Mom comapny why she was in pain and sleepy!

We are glad the storm missed you and that all of your friends are doing okay, too!!

Snoozing is good – or as we call it around here – “The Great Escape”……….truly getting away from it all by just resting and getting caught up on your “ZZZZZs” is always a good idea!

    Hugs, Sammy

Yup, it was a perfect weekend for that around here too. We got the very outer fringes of Matthew here in NH so it was cloudy, rainy and cool. Today it is COLD and the wind is whipping, but at least the sun is shining so we have a little more ambition! We humans are starting to do some yard clean-up in preparation for that darn winter thing!

Glad Matthew passed you by without causing you problems. I will be doing a lot of snoozing. We have had frost the last 2 nights, and there is a bitter north wind blowing outdoors.

  12. Bell Fur Zoo

We are so glad that big bad Matthew is gone. He brought Fall to FL though. Ever since he left we have temps in the 70’s and a nice breeze so we might furgive him just a teensy tiny bit but he better not ever show his face here again 😉
