T.G.I.F. Togetherness Groove

Not too long ago someone asked if we all get along.  I’ve shared some photos to show you that we do get along famously.  Well, maybe not famously, but we do get along.  I get along with everyone, that’s how I ended up with so many sisters MOL!

Today I’m sharing another example of that, and it’s me with Sister Dolly.  My T.G.I.F. for today is the Togetherness Groove Is Fun!

Brian's Home. Adopt cats, we deserve it! As you can see, we’re good together and it’s really not unusual for all of us to be somewhat close.  Dolly and I were actually discussing the upcoming dinner menu. Oh, no, not that it makes a difference in what we are served, but it’s fun to think we might have a choice.

Hey, I want to mention one other thing before I leave today.  Sister Gracie was pretty sick a few weeks ago, but she is on the mend now.  Stop by tomorrow because she will probably update you on what she’s been through.  Love y’all!

Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!!  More Forever Homes More Often!  Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

I’m glad you guys all get along so well! My human doesn’t want any more cats because she does not want to upset the relationships we have already established. It’s important for everyone to feel good about everyone else. I look forward to Gracie’s update – I’m glad she is feeling better.

  2. Mickey's Musings

It’s good that you all get along.
We do too with only minor blips 😉
Good to hear Gracie is doing well and we look forward to the update.

This picture is priceless, Brian and Dolly. So good to see that you are having a furriendly conversation …and so good to hear that sister Gracie feels better. Happy Pawkisses for a Happy Weekend 🙂 <3

Sister Dolly, you are so pretty. Good to see you together. Looks like a good conversation about dinner. Such a great picture of you two. Have a wonderful day.

We’re glad Gracie is feeling better.

The togetherness thing can be tricky. At this end, we almost never cuddle with each other. Tama and Sei get along fine. Tama can’t stand her son, Da Beebs, but is surprisingly gentle and lenient with Genji. Sei is sometimes chased by the boys but she has been standing her ground better lately. Da Boys get along OK and will play and share space quite often. Beebs can be a bit of a bully, at which points Genj squeaks loudly and then bullies right back!

We both get on well together most of our time which is great as we were rescues although occasionally we do smacky paws but after about half an hour we’ve forgotten all about it..

Brian, you and Dolly do look like easy friends. It’s nice that you guys get along. That makes for a harmonious household. An occasional spat is normal I’m sure (it is here for sure). We’re sorry Gracie was sick. We’ll come back tomorrow to read about it. Thank goodness she’s better now.

Oh my – first of all I’m glad Sister Gracie is on the mend – I too have been having a bout with big sickies and am hoping to feel better soon. Sending her POTP………I don’t have to be “together” with anybody since I’m an “ONLY” in my house but I do believe in togetherness with my Mom….sometimes I’m glued to her leg when she walks around the house just because I want to be near her. Togetherness is fine by me!

    Love, Sammy

We’ve had some cats that can’t be close enough to each other, and some who fight all the time. Your relationships sound pretty normal and healthy.

It’s so great you’all get along well with each other! That’s a cute picture of you and Sister Dolly discussing the dinner menu 🙂
    Happy Friday!

It’s a good thing you get on well with all those girls Brian. Elliot says girls are not the easiest to get along with, lol.

I will Brian, and I think precious Sister Gracie’s ordeal and her telling us about it may help other kitties who will or are going through a similar experience. Those are always very scary to the moms and dads.

You’re looking somewhat lovingly at her, Brian. Oh no, Gracie was sick and I didn’t know about it. I’m sending her healing purrz for a full recovery.

  17. Mark's Mews

Getting along is sort of relative. An occasional whap is to be expected. But angry claws are not. Everyone has to at least SORT of get along here or TBT gets annoyed…

  18. Jan K

Brian, you sound just like our late cat, Don Juan. He loved everyone. We never had to worry about bringing a new pet into the household with him; he would accept them all.
