Bringing Easy Home

We love you always EasyBack on November 30th our blogging world was rocked with the devastating news that our friend Easy had left us.  Our whiskers still get weepy wet just thinking about that loss.  Today we’re joining other blogging pals in bringing Easy Home today.  We hope you’ll light a candle today to honor our pal Easy who was always there for all of us and bringing smiles where ever her went. We know the light at the Bridge shines brighter because Easy is there.

We know that Dear Easy would want to pay tribute to those who have also left us this year. Easy was so kind, always recognizing and honoring departed friends.  So many have left us, including Sam, Stinky, Feline, Ferguson, Marley, Meowmepurr, KonaKitty, Bella, Harrison, Lexi, Tim, Monty Q, Setzer, Gree, Mister, Trav, Spooky, Tigger, Murphy, Skittles, Rory, Burt, Putter, Eko, Teddy, Jed, Abby, Jake, George, Dip, Puff, Elsie, Lily, Spike, Marty, Buddy, Cotton, Cinco, William, Tanya, Cookie, Chase, Lupa, Gree, Setzer, Jack, Timmy Lapenda, Olivia, Alfie, Marley, Ferguson, Whitley, Bennette, Forrest, Albert, CJ, Frankie, Awesome Louie, Jolly, Daddy Cat, Mousie, Missy Blue Eyes, Katie, Moe, Jessica, Domino, Adan, Ginger, Dante, Suds, Shakespeare, GT, Billy SweetFeets, Wizard, Elsie, Goose, Angie, Texas, Milou, Ciara, Diamond, Skittles, Luna, Sammy, Treasure, Bhu, Fiona, and Hunter, If we missed any, we’re terribly sorry.

As we bring Easy home today, we also welcome Da Phenny who was sent by Easy to carry on the Weimaraner traditions.  The light of the Easy joyful heart will warm our hearts forever.  Welcome home pal, we love you always.

Thanks for naming all our friends… it was such a sad year for so many families… but we hope that the curse of 2016 is tired now and that 2017 brings more smiles than tears… and we need your stop sign when 2016 has more bad things…

Happy New Year to ALL of you, Feline & Human! XOXOXO

That’s a beautiful tribute Brian. Easy was a Titan of the Blogosphere! So lovable and hilarious. We are glad he is home now, and we welcome Da Phenny to bring fresh joy even amidst the sorrow. Even after a loss, there is *always* a pup or kitty who needs a family’s love and we are glad Phenny has such a wonderful home!

We didn’t know Easy at all but when we went to his blog, we realised he lived in Brittany, which is not all that far from where we are!

Oh dear, that is way too many losses, and many we never even had the pleasure of knowing. 🙁

We are glad that Easy is back home with his family where he belongs, even though it will never be the same.
