It’s New Years Eve

Brian's Home, adopt cats, we deserve it!Are y’all ready for the New Years Eve festivities?  We’re going to do what we usually do on New Years Eve, and just about every other holiday, we’re going to be looking for places to hide from the boomy fireworks.  Oh yea, here in the South they are legal so they go boom on every holiday.

The Mom was out and saw the temporary fireworks sales places set up on about every other corner.  That’s never a good thing as far as we are concerned.  The only good thing is that the newbies aren’t outside to deal with the noise this year, and I’m sure they will be happy about that.

Have a safe New Years Eve everyone and we will be by tomorrow to help you welcome in 2017.  Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

I agree with you…. it’s not essential to welcome the new year with fireworks… our world had a lot of loud and scary noises this year… we better should celebrate the new year with hope and candles and maybe with a peace-song…
    Happy New Year to you…

I am glad that fireworks are illegal where we live – not that that means there aren’t any, just that there are a lot less! The humans will be out for about 20 minutes to ring in the New Year, and then they’ll be home with us kitties. I think that’s a fair trade off.

Our person is definitely staying home. Sure hope we don’t have any fireworks. Sometimes the neighbors set some off. Hope you don’t get too many either. A very Happy New Year to all of you.

We’re glad the newbies am inside now so they am safe. Do stops by and find out how silly Joey can be when explaining a Hanukkah song.

Yeah we’ve seen all the firework displays here too Brian, in fact there’s one in the strip mall right across the street from our house! YIKES! We bet there will be lots of boom boom boom. I hope we are all just sound asleep and don’t hear them!
    Happy Mew year!!

We hope you don’t have to listen to any fireworks, We are fortunate that we don’t have any pups left with fear of the boomers, but we sure do wish we still had sweet Ciara. Mom had a melancholy time this week looking back at this year’s posts. We hope that 2017 will be a happy one for all.

Happy New Year from us to you!!!

Luckily, I’m not afraid of fireworks and sleep right through them. But some of my kitty siblings will retreat tonight to their hiding places just like you and your sisters, Brian. Stay safe and don’t be too scared.
