Okay, I’m usually one of the first ones under the Christmas Tree, but not this year. This year it was Sister Gracie who headed under the Tree first. Actually, Sister Gracie checked it out even before all the decorations were on the Tree.
Sister Gracie has her eyes on that green bell though. I did tell her she can’t ring that bell for treats, it just doesn’t ring, it just hangs around doing nothing. I’m not sure she believes me though.
You know what else we found out? Under the Tree is a great place to go at medicine time! If we get way back in the back corner the peeps can’t get to us. The peeps didn’t seem impressed for some reason!
Have a nice day everyone! Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
Well, the humans were the ones who put up the tree, so why should they complain when you kitties use it?
Nice job all you kitties, finding the perfect place to hide from the medications. Mom got a little chuckle out of that because all of us find all kinds of hiding places. Anyway, Gracie, you are looking mighty darn good. You all have a great day and hope those ferals stay dry.
That bell looks very tempting! Eric used to love to play with the decorations so mum put small bells (similar to the ones that go on collars to warn the birds) on the bottom of the tree especially for him.
I hide behind the tree too when it is pill time. Ours is artificial so dad picks the whole thing up and mum fishes me out.
haha finding that perfect spot to keep the medicine away is sure a win any day.
HA! I always found under the tree a handy spot when medicine was being handed out – ALSO handy for when you see the kitty carrier and you know it means VET. Gracie looks ready to pounce for sure!
Love, Angel Sammy
Gracie looks very interested in that bell for sure! We can’t hide under our tree at medicine time – our humans can easily get us out from under it.
Gracie looks beautiful under the tree. I hope my cats don’t figure out that trick to hide during medicine time.
Sister Gracie’s expression looks like “Must…play…with…ornament!” 🙂
Such a Purrfect Christmas snapshot!
All of us pets like to lie under the tree, but not all at the same time, of course.
Gracie that’s a wonderful photo… we can call it 50 shades of green… and the best green is in your eyes…
You know what? Chucky actually walks up to The Hubby when it’s time for his meds; he so used to getting them now, that it’s part of his routine. Weird, huh? He may have to turn in his ‘I’m a cat’ card, because all other kitties hide, like y’all under that tree!
And Trout Talkin’ Tabbies send me info on how to make my photo show up instead of a cartoon, when using WordPress. I am searching for the perfect photo.
you are all BRILLIANT!!! xoxo
That’s a lovely picture of Gracie beneath the tree with the bell!
Elliot and Cricket x
That’s such a cute picture!
Good trick you found out for medicine time..I’m not sure why your peeps aren’t impressed, either 🙂
If the bell goes missing ….
Bear’s figured out that trick with his cat tree corner … that’s where he goes to avoid having his teeth brushed.
That is a multi-purpose Christmas tree there! Gracie, we think that bell looks mighty tempting…..
guys…..we iz crackin UP ~~~~~~~
“If we get way back in the back corner the peeps can’t get to us. The peeps didn’t seem impressed for some reason!”
984 paws up !! 🙂 ♥♥♥
Guys, you have the household running YOUR way. That’s the way it should be. xxx
I see many of you put your thinking caps on when it came to where to hide from medicine Time!! MOL YOu all are brillant. Gracie that bell sure likes it might ring to me too!
We don’t have any ornaments hanging low on our tree this year – Misty might be too tempted. So far she hasn’t shown much interest in the tree, so maybe Mom will get brave and add a few more to the bottom.
Woos – Lightning and Misty
That is one of the cutest pics we have seen of Gracie!
Purrs,
The Chans
Both the ornament and Gracie’s eyes are beautiful green.
Our tree is up but doesn’t have any ornaments on it yet,.
We bet Gracie will get that bell eventually. 🙂
Those aren’t decorations, they’re all cat toys! As a matter of fact, we’re sure “decorations” is Latin for cat toys.
I hope she gets that bell!
We already killed one ornament!
Pretty Gracie, that’s a good-looking cat toy. Er, um, we mean ornament!
Thanks for the tip about hiding under the tree when it’s med time. 🙂
Socks and Yang like sitting under the tree here. Socks practically stays under the tree all the time and just comes out for foods.
Uh oh. I hope they don’t get smart and put presents back there. Gracie looks adorable!
