Okay everyone, here we go, here is my last furry photo for a while. As you learned yesterday, I am now sporting my new lion cut. It does happen this time of year and I am quite happy to be a lion, even in the winter. We’ve got plenty of warm snuggly spots so the furless thing doesn’t bother me at all. If I could get used to the brush or the comb I wouldn’t get the tangled furs, but I don’t see that happening any time soon, I just don’t like it. I guess the others are used to me being a lion by now since there wasn’t a giggle to be heard anywhere when I came home.
Brian has been pretty nice too, he even gave up his favorite pink plush bed so I can snuggle and keep warm. Poor guy, I didn’t tell him I was going to use it with or without his okay, but I do appreciate him sharing like that. Sometimes though I do get up on the back of the couch, mostly when the winter sunpuddle puts in an appearance. We did have a bit of a crowd on the back of the couch the other day at sunpuddle time. Seriously, there were four of us lined up there. Dad said look at all the ducks in a row and I did look, but I didn’t see any ducks and I could see the lake from the front window. Poor Dad, he must be confused again. That’s okay, we all get confused from time to time, even Brian gets confused. He asked me if I met the new ones in the bedroom yet. Is he confused or what? We don’t have a new bedroom and besides, the door has been shut.
That’s enough about me. What are you up to this weekend? Anything exciting? Well, I hope you have fun no matter what you do. I’m going to get up and head back to the pink bed for a snooze, see ya soon.
