Happy Earth Day with Sister Gracie

Hello everyone and Happy Earth Day to you all and a special thanks to Ann at Zoolatry for the beautiful graphic. I just wanted to take a minute today to tell you that there are lots of things I like, but I’m really, really fond of our planet. Seriously, where would we be without it? Forget a comfy forever home where we are spoiled constantly. If we didn’t have our planet our wonderful lives wouldn’t even be an option. So what say we all pitch in and take care of it? Raise your paw if you’re in! Thanks, I’ll get off my box of soap now.

Now then, let me tell you about that new boycat Simon. I had been giving him a fair amount of hissing, which he earned, but I wanted to let you know that things have gotten a good bit better. We even touched noses the other day and both of our noses were still intact. Now that’s progress. We even shared a bit of food almost side by side. All was calm. Oh, the little booger still chases me from time to time but I don’t get all hissy face with him like I was doing. I must say, his litter tossing skills are unsurpassed, he can toss that litter clear across the room, any room.

Since Brother Simon is new here, and generally new to life, I thought I’d show him some Earth Day love with my favorite Earth Day quotes just for him…
