Okay, I’m not going to fuss about that new boy kitty, nope not me. I’ve found that if I give him an early warning hiss, like when he enters the room, he goes in another direction. Oh, hello everyone, how are you today? I hope you are having a nice Saturday. I am planning a nice day with one of my favorite sunpuddles. It’s Sunpuddle Season and the good ones seem to be popping up all over.
Speaking of food, not that I was, but it was on my mind. I’ve started purrticipating in the eat-around fun on a regular basis. At meal time the Dad fixes us each what we like in our own bowls then places them in our self-assigned eating spots. Well, typically some of the others play musical bowls, Sister Gracie will go to Brian’s bowl, Brother Brian will eat what Sister Kit has and now I’ve started checking out the leftovers from whoever finishes first, or second, or third. I’m no longer in that rut of just having one thing these days. Hey, variety is the spice of life, or so I hear. The poor Dad, he goes to all that trouble of fixing us our favorites an then we swap bowls on him. The Dad said we need a feeding trough and we could just go at it, but I don’t know what that is for sure so I’m hoping we stick with the bowl thing.
I hope you all have a super Saturday and find some sunpuddles of your own. Sister Dolly will be here tomorrow for the selfie thing, she’s been practicing, or so she says. I think she’s been practicing more on her Easy!
Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
I don’t know how your human manages feeding time with all you guys! My human has enough trouble with just the three of us.
Oh Sascha, your house sounds just like ours. We always like what is in the other bowl. Glad you have that new kid straightened out, Sascha. You all have a wonderful day.
Poor Dad! “Feeding trough” that is hilarious!
maybe the mama should do a warning hiss too before we boys enter the room… we could avoid a lot of trouble ;oo) Have a super caturday sister zoe :o)
We are glad you and Simon are doing OK with each other 😉
That eating arrangement you kitties have sounds, well, tasty
It is fun going from bowl to bowl 🙂 We check each others bowls too.

Musical dishes isn’t a bad game to play, at least you don’t let any of his hard work go to waste.
We’re really good at only eating in our own bowls. When Ellie and Allie finish, Raz will go clean up any leftovers
but will never interrupt them.
The Florida Furkids
It sounds like you kitties have your own ideas of what mealtime should be. 🙂 Our Gracie and Millie eat out of the same bowl…at different times, of course.
I smiled up real big and mommy did too. Sister Sascha, we loved this bloggie. You and the siblings are so loved. Simon said he hopes you won’t hiss at him in time. He’s just a youngun.
You are looking good! Keep that new brother of yours in check!
Sascha that is too funny. My human sis was just telling Mom that niece Mia will not eat what is in her bowl…she always wants what is in Nephew Frisco’s bowl…which is the same but it is better out of his bowl . Frisco could care less which bowl…
hugs madi your bfff
Kitties are worse that kids in a lunch room swapping lunches.
Sasha, you are a sweetheart. xo
Sascha, you are so gorgeous, and we love how that lamp is backlighting your furs and making them glow. We all get the same food, and there is always a lot of bowl switching going on. Cooper cleans up everyone’s bowl of any tiny speck of food leftover. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo and Cooper Murphy
Mealtime at your home sounds complicated for your human, MOL ! Purrs
Meal time sounds like a fun event around there, Sister Sascha!
MOL! We think having a trough would be fun!
We would love to check out each other’s bowl, Sister Sascha, but we both clean our bowls so fast there is never that chance. But we bet you all have done doing it.
Happy Easter.
Woos – Lightning and Misty
Hoo yeah, we do that to our mom too! She claims its a “grass is greener” phenomenon! Maybe we should get a feeding trough too!
Whoa! I’d be hopeless at your place cos I’m a slow, picky eater. I’ll eat a couple of bites, then walk away. Then when Pop sits down to eat, I’ll pester him to keep walking me to my food.
BTW, I love the lampshade on your head! Were you pawtying?
Glad you are trying some new foodables, you might find something new you really like 🙂 So that new boycat is a menace is he?
Sascha, that must be a cat thing, because Angel and Chuck do the bowl-swapping thang…and so does Sweetie and Patty O’Malley outside! It makes it hard when one cat needs some special sprinkles (read: prescriptions or holistic vitamins), so we’ve figured out to put the sprinkles on first, and usually the cat will eat off the top before the swapping begins. Short of locking kitties into separate rooms, which NEVER WORKS…this is the best we humans can do.
