We’ve been picking on Brother Simon a little bit because he is so excitable. Everything is new to him, including us. Yes, Sister Seal is way laid back compared to Brother Simon, but as we all know kitties are all different.
Actually Brother Simon is doing rather well lately and I do want to acknowledge that fact. He has lots of calm moments and most evenings he has been lounging around with the rest of us. He loves to be picked up and carried around and he has a purr motor second to none.
This is a good example of togetherness, at least the beginnings, and I’m sure you’ll like it. Brother Simon has discovered what I like about looking out the front window. But more importantly, you can see Sisters Zoe and Gracie on the couch without any concern about the Brother above them. We are so proud of his progress, especially considering he was quite the wild boy when we brought him back home from his TNR adventure. I am very thankful to have him as my Brother and I’m so thankful that he is letting his sweetness shine through.
What are you thankful for today? Join us for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop when you can, we would like that!
Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

We are thankful for food in our bowls and Chimera who is hosting today’s post.
Kittens will be kittens……….Teddy is rambunctious too but he’s just having fun and loves to play – he’s an “only” kitty so doesn’t terrorize anybody but Mom and Dad but still we know these crazy days will settle down and just be a memory as he grows up. We’ll enjoy the crazies while we can! I know Simon is settling in VERY nicely too!
Hugs, Angel Sammy
Good boy Simon for getting with the program. Glad you are starting to settle in and everyone is getting used to your wild self. How are the ferals doing??? You all have a wonderful day.
That’s such a great photo! So glad that brother is calming down some!
Oh, this is so precious! I love seeing you all together. You made us realize how happy we are that we all get along here. When Eddy first came home, she loved the other kitties but absolutely despised pup Astrid. She had never seen a dog before, and despite the fact that Astrid loves kitties, Eddy hissed and growled and spat at the poor pup each and every time she saw her. I feared that Eddy would never come to terms with Astrid’s existence, but, after a few months of conditioning, they now get along just fine. And we are… Read more »

We love seeing this. Each time Cooper takes a step forward in establishing a rapport with the rest of us, it makes Mom very happy. He gave Mau a bath two nights ago. Of course, it didn’t end well, but it is a start. Thanks for hosting this hop each week. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo and Cooper Murphy
