Tabby Tuesday: The Dad Is a Bit Sneaky

Simnon on Tabby Tuesday - Brian's Home, adopt cats, we deserve it!
It’s not nice to confuse the kitten, especially on Tabby Tuesday.  Honestly though, I wasn’t confused on Tuesday, I was confused on Thursday.  The Dad went out to the garage through the door in the laundry room, like he always does, but he didn’t come back.  I kept checking and checking that door but he wasn’t there.  I finally went and asked my big Brother Brian and he told me that the Dad went to BlogPaws in Myrtle Beach.

Okay, I might be new but I do know a few things.  Yes, we have a blog, notice I said “we” have a blog, but I know that the Dad doesn’t have paws.  That whole BlogPaws things sounds a bit confusing.  The Dad was meeting up with other pets and peeps that have blogs and the Dad was supposed to learn some things.  Okay, that part might be good, maybe you can teach an old peep new tricks.

Then it happened, on Sunday, the door in the laundry room opened and the Dad came in.  I was a bit scared at first, was it really the Dad?  You can’t take any chances!  It was him, and not only that, he brought us all a great big back of goodies, he named the bag Swag for some reason. That’s a strange name, it looks more like a Fred to me, but I think Swag is going to be it.  The only problem is he won’t open it for us yet, he said the Mom has got to get some photos.  Like we don’t get enough photos taken.  Well, okay, I guess I’ll find out what Swag looks like, hopefully by next Tabby Tuesday!

Have a fun day everyone and I’ll be seeing you soon!  Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

Oh Simon, you are going to have so much fun with all that Swag. But just remember, you have to share with the rest of your family. But you will have one good time. Glad the Dad got back all safe. Have a great day.

Simon I’ve heard from other peeps who went to BlogPaws that the SWAG was fabulous this year so that bag your Dad brought back will have so much fun stuff that it will feel like CHRISTMAS! I hope “Fred” doesn’t disappoint any of you but I think not!

I thinking you need to find a way into that bag ASAP so you get first pick of all the goodies. That’s the LEAST your Dad could do after leaving you! I am thankful for meeting him though – he’s an amazing man – as I’m sure you already know!

Simon, we totally understand. Bags named Swag have also arrived here and have been hidden in the living room. We know there’s good stuff in them. We got a whiff when they first came in the house. But we too are not being allowed to see what’s in them. Pffft! This happens every year! XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo and Cooper Murphy

To tell the truth, Brother Simon, humans have to be a bit sneaky where cats are concerned. 🙂

I bet that was a very strange experience when your Dad disappeared for so long. I’m glad he’s back and you’ll be busy helping him sort through the BlogPaws swag.
